It's a great game. Very fun. Paying real money to buy off the inspector is not a tasteful add on either. If it's apart of the game's strategy than allow a way to work around it without having to pay to eliminate it. Why don't I just pay to complete the game and be done with it. What's the point. Find better ways to make money guys!

It is fun to play, but when you create levels that are literally impossible to beat unless you make upgrades, but you can beat any other levels to get enough money for the upgrades...Kinda dumb. Either let people replay old levels to earn enough money to upgrade to beat the next level or make impossible to beat. I literally played a perfect game (as in got all coins available) and still can't win but I dont have enough coins to upgrade.

I like this game a lot. Just need to get the new game under construction...how long is the construction? Also it would be cool if you had a helper to help clean the rooms. Would rate a five...but, I don't think I'm there yet....will check back a few more times...but after that...I would have to delete and find another game....please fix soon...don't want to delete

Boring tutorial but unable to put down for the first hour. Completely unplayable 20 levels into the second location.....unless you spend money on the game. Just becomes frustrating and you play the same level until you spend money, horrible incentive. I would spend money on this app if the gameplay was more interactive. Other than buy upgrades and click, not much to "play" The cut scenes and "conversations" are redundant and take up so much time. Just watching animations go by. Boring

Smooth graphics, challenging, but who wants to play this except to get stuff on another game? I had to delete it cuz it was a bad challenging in that it wasn't fun! I have time management stress in my real job and don't want it in a stupid phone game where nothing cool happens or there's no big payoff for it. It's a game worth being on the market, but I learned I am not a fan of this genre, so maybe I should be thanking this game.

Another lie to get downloads. Selected a video that showed playing completely different from how you start. Sick of game in less than 2 rounds stuck it out for a couple days thinking maybe the next motel? Bubblegum machine is annoying, customers stop making it take longer waiting to finish rounds, no option to get rid of it, but you can pay $3 to use it.

I rarely write reviews but this game is great. I am colorblind and I panicked when the 2nd hotel required key color matches. After messing with my phones accessibility options and returning, I realized.. These developers CARED enough to add symbols for colorblind people like me!!! This is a time management game in which you upgrade your hotel and tend to guests' needs with a variety of specific level goals - no angry customers, no throwing away items, etc. 5 stars

At first when I downloaded this game I thought I would be playing elevator like in the advertisement, but I soon realized that this game is just a knock-off version of Grand Hotel Mania. The graphics aren't as great, but I have it a shot because this game gives you an option to swap your coins for gems which is great. However, soon be after playing I realized that you cannot pass level 8 unless you spend real money to buy the gumball machine. I don't like when games try to force you to spend.

Fun game, even with the difficulty of earning diamonds and coins to upgrade. But the timers for passive rewards and diamonds are messed up. I would get a notification after 4 hours have passed that it is time to collect and i would log in to find that there still is 2-3 hours before i can collect. Made the game too frustrating to continue

You constantly get stuck on levels because you cannot advance.. You can deliver items to the people and not lose a single customer, or mess up a single order and STILL not make enough money to advance to the next level. Its literally IMPOSSIBLE, unless you purchase diamonds to upgrade things. Or wait hours to watch an ad to get 2 free diamonds. I really liked the game in the beginning, but I am now stuck at level 39 and cannot go to the next level OR upgrade because I am stuck. Uninstalling.

Loved it but then it became impossible to advance unless you made an in-app purchase. If I want to make a purchase, I'll make a purchase, regardless of whether you ask me to or not. But the very second that I am seemingly being forced to make a purchase to advance, is the very second I will no longer play your game. I completely understand the need for incoming revenue, but not when it's almost forced upon the very ones keeping your apps alive by playing or using them. Reconsider.

Update: the developers read & listened to my review. I am able to advance better without having to replay a level so many times. TY! The game is fun, however, so many of the levels are humanly impossible to beat. Why does this type of game need to be set up like this? Stress/Frustration over a game? Silly really. And you can't go back to a previous hotel to beat levels to earn the requirements for upgrades in current hotel you are trying to work on. Come on game coders make it enjoyable again.

The gameplay is good. Its fun, challenging, and the 'days' arent too long so it's good for short bursts. But. It is very pushy on the diamonds aspect. You can watch videos for a handful every few hours, but there are levels that have challenges where you literally can't beat them without paying the extra diamonds for extra customers. Or having higher upgrades, but you cant go back and play earlier levels to farm coin to get the upgrades. Its sad having a great game, thats not playable.

This game is totally pay to play to advance past the first few levels! You should be able to play previous hotels, but you Can't (which means that if you do pay for upgrades, it's a waste)! There are several good games similar to this one, but with better rewards and actual opportunities for advancement. I suggest you try Grand Hotel Mania. I'm uninstalling this headache.

Fun game for a while, but two major problems. First, it requires coins and diamonds to upgrade your hotels, but there's no way to get enough diamonds without paying. And second, sometimes the algorithms make levels literally impossible. Like there will be two "green" rooms, and four people in a row will need them. The timing just literally doesn't work. Maybe if you had all the upgrades it'd be possible. Too bad you can't get any diamonds to upgrade with.

If you tend to get anxious in idle moments like me, this is a great game to pass up the time. Warning, it can become addicting. I admittedly spent over $20 buying diamonds and level aids like the bubble gum machine, photo booth, clothing changes, etc. But when I got to the 4th level, I was good enough to start over and spend little to nothing. Here's a trick, be patient, wait for the timed gifts, and watch those ads. It'll rack up pretty quickly to help make the game less costly.

Since last update, game repeatedly glitches. Sometimes the doorman won't even move and I have to lose a level. I just made an in-game purchase for hotel-specific powerups, and right after payment confirmation the app failed. Not only did I not get what I ordered, the charge went through, the whole game reset to West Road Motel level 1, AND the world map is gone. I'm done.
