This is one of the most CORRUPT games in the game store!!!!! If you try to delete this game off of your phone it won't let you do it. The creator of the game found a way to leave stuff on your phone after you uninstall it. I know bc it is happening to me! I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it again in order to start the game over as if I never played it and when I reinstalled it again EVERYTHING was still there! I then went and deleted the cache and storage and checked again and everything

The games designed for every level to be 4 times harder than what you can do so you lose a lot until you level something up then win a few then lose 50 more games unless you spend money. If you buy gems you're paying about $10 for 2 or 2 upgrades but then the illness goes up 3 to 4 levels harder than what you can accomplish. This is a money and time scam it's not actually a game.

It's honestly a super fun game but.... Only until you go into the next hospital. Then like other reviews have said, it's becomes difficult to get past levels because the upgrades cost a ton and you can't hardly earn any rewards without having to watch ads or use diamonds to get more coins. I'm just gonna have to give up on this one I think. I feel defeated.

Want to love it but cant. After the first hospital the levels obviously get harder but the rewards for completing barely increase. Even if you win it takes several levels just to save enough coins for a single upgrade which makes it harder to compete even the basic goal. You can watch ads for rewards but the refresh time for more ads is ridiculously long and seems to change by the day for some reason??? Yesterday I was able to watch 2 but then had to wait 7 hours for more and today 3 but 13 hour

I absolutely love this game, but you just don't gain enough coins or diamonds to succeed through the levels without spending cash. Not only that, there is some sort of glitch that is making it, so I'm unable to watch any videos for rewards. I click it, it doesn't do anything at all. Super disappointing as I get joy out of playing this game. Time to find one similar that will compensate your game time better and fix glitches so you're not losing out and making the game that much more difficult

OK, But a little glitchy. Will have to play more to give a better review. Somewhat complex but playable. Not a big fan of the timed levels especially just starting. The nurse would freeze when getting meds to a patient. And I couldn't figure out what to do. I purchased 1 pack of coins and diamonds to play on. A bit expensive, it can definitely be a money pit. Will update my review after I've played a little longer.

I absolutely LOVE this game. It's really fun and the mini games are always great. The mini games that are shown in the ads are true! I love the mini games more then the actual game lol 😆. 5/5 stars recommend. But the only thing that is a little bit on my nerves is that when you can name your clinic every name I put in was to long or to inappropriate! How is Tex hospital inappropriate!? It's short for Texas hospital because that was to long, other then that 5/5 stars recommend!

I love the concept, like other reviews the coins won aren't sufficient to upgrade taking many days to earn enough for another upgrade. Also, an ad everytime you finish a level and go to main screen? Again, the prize isn't enough for the amount of ads one must sit through. My biggest peeve is for three weeks daily tasks are waiting for update. When will the update occur? Becoming more frustrating and a game to relax that causes frustration isn't worth it. Ugh

I want to be able to go back to previous levels and redo them for more points and keys. But I enjoy the game so far. I think we should be able to keep the amount of coins we earned even if level is not won. It would still be challenging but not over challenging to advance like it is now. If you could correct those things I would give it a five star rating.

I really, really, REALLY, LOVE this game!! The first hospital is wonderful and you can get through those levels without spending money. But, starting with the second hospital it keeps getting harder and harder until it's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to win without spending money and not everyone can afford that!!!!! There's no option to watch adds for power ups, coins or gems and their "reward” for completing tasks is so small it's laughable. It's a shame that GREED ruined a otherwise great game😭

I want to give this game more stars but I can't. It gets really hard to upgrade you're clinic in the later levels. Also alot of the time I can't even play the game cause when I go to start a level the entire screen goes black or parts of the level go black. I'm never able to get my double coin reward after watching an ad because the game freezes right after it plays. Fun game but super glitchy. Edit: Now there's an ad after every lvl. Game crashes after ad.

I really like time management games, however, with this one I am becoming frustrated because the only way to progresses if you spend money. I feel that I'm starting to spend more and more and not getting very far. The cost for the upgrades inside the game are too high for the amount of money you make by completing a level. There should be more payout for passing levels, or lower the cost of the upgrades.

I really enjoyed playing this game but you have to spend money to get very far. When you get past the beginning stages, power ups or gems are required to get through most of the levels. It's a shame because I find the game quite fun, and I would play longer if the higher-levels were easier to pass by just playing well, not using any power ups. It's 50 gems just to attempt to pass a level you previously failed, with no guarantee. You'll probably still lose, unless you have a few power ups.

On the fence. Game is fun but got deleted the 1st time because I finished the tasks and it didn't give me the prize, was reinstalled months later and it did it again with the levels you have to pass consecutively for coins and after winning 2 levels back to back it didn't pass me to next level. Not wasting anymore time. Was fun while it lasted though.

I really wish this game didn't feel like it was a pay to play thing. Any 'rewards' you get are a pittance. Like, if you earn 1,200,000 coins...you get ten diamonds. If you're going to reward some, then do it right. It's like the economy right now, you struggle to get ahead (upgrades) only to realize the cost has increased (the illness or difficulty level). This game has a lot of potential, please just make it so people can play it. Its one thing if you choose to pay, and another if youre forced.

I have been thru all the hospitals. And waiting for new ones. Can go back and get medals but I hate that if you lose a level you go back a level and can't get ahead for anything. And all the upgrades cost so much, making you watch the ads to be able to get them to actually pass the levels. Would definitely give more stars if not for that.

Like many have said the game is great but once you get to the latter part of the first hotel and definitely into the second, it gets really annoying trying to save up money for upgrades that should definitely not cost that much. If they do then we should get more money. You get like 300-500 for each level and the lowest standard upgrade costs 1400. You get coin from achievements, diary puzzle pieces, and then chests but its not always and when you do get them you get maybe two upgrades.
