“Trials of Mana,” the hit console game with over 1 million copies and downloads sold worldwide...is coming to a smartphone near you!
Fun for longtime fans of the Mana Series and new players alike!

◆Story
When the world was shrouded in darkness, the Goddess of Mana drew forth the Sword of Mana to smite the eight Benevodons, monsters of destruction. She sealed the horrors inside the eight Mana Stones, bringing the realm back from the brink.

Weak from rebuilding the world, the Goddess changed into a tree and fell fast asleep for years. However, the forces of evil sought to free the Benevodons to gain control of the world. They started a terrible war to further their plot and destabilize the kingdoms.
Peace was at an end.

Mana itself began to disappear from the world and the Mana Tree to wither...

A very great and smooth mobile port for the Trials remake and feels like playing on a console. Story is good but not great, combat is fluid and enjoyable, but the intricate job system is where this game shines imo. Square Enix made a good job on this one.

As a big fan of mana series and also a former seiken densetsu 3 player, this android-ported remake is amazing, considering it has released first in both consoles and PC. The only drawback is it only runs at 30 fps but it is okay for me since i played it on my PC with 30 fps too, since my pc is just an obsolete mid level gaming.

Everything looks good and very rare to none stuttering. The lack of controller support kinda brings the experience down, as the touch controls aren't good at all, there's no button optimisation/adjustment.

I still stand on my opinion that this is the best gaming remake of Seiken Densetsu 3 I've ever played but to be fair it does put it's told on android without controller support often times it gets stiff when the analog icon is too near the edge of the screen that it makes the game impossible to dodge certain enemy attacks & when your thumb starts feeling the slips on screen that you begin to lose balance it makes you wanna consider not continuing on without a Bluetooth Moga Controller.

I love to see Square Enix bringing more games to Android and iOS. I love the game, the graphics are amazing, the performance is incredible. The only problem so far is that the game do not stay in background and I have 12GB of ram, that should be enough to keep the game in background. Now waiting for Final Fantasy X and Xii. Keep making us happy. (Still waiting for FFX)

Great game, from what I can tell. The only thing not great about it is that it's mobile counterpart doesn't appear to have controller support. Chances are, if you have a phone that can support a game like this, you have a wireless or connecting controller to play with. This is a game that is meant to be played with a controller.... I didn't play more than 3 minutes to find out it didn't have controller support and I needed refund. It's not worth making mobile if you won't add controller support.

This game needs to be improved. The first one is control. This game should support game controller. Now, D pad can be movable but stack with manual camra rotate because the movable D pad works on the whole screen. Another issue is AI attacks to and dodge from enemies and boss. The companions are standing or attacking to enemies instead of doging enemies attack even I chose balance or support stretegy mode. This AI companions are the pain and it is non sense to attack boss in expert mode.

Not bad, not great. Middle of the road experience. Worth 22$? You can spend 22$ in worse ways. Just needed more time or a better vision for its content, let's be honest, it was probably money and time that kneecapped the games quality. Oh well, it's a real shame it isn't better when it could have been with just a bit more effort.

I really such a great ARPG games, this game is closely to console counterparts. For graphics, gameplay and features is same, but just closely to console and pc ports. But, there's no Bluetooth supported? Men, this disappointed, but who cares, i just like this game, duh! Well, it's considering best arpg games. And it's remake to port mobile.

Played it on PC. Wonderful game. I appreciate the improved lock-on (mostly because phones' screens are wider). However, the game is locked at 30fps. The highest graphics are poor despite the performance our hardware can put out. These are small issues, but HAVING NO OPTION TO REMAP THE CONTROLS is a huge detriment to the port. Your buttons are at the very edges of your screen. I will be using a mapped controller for this game, though many won't have the priviledge. Good luck.

I played the original game and this is truly an excellent remake of the game. It improves on the original but stays true to it. This is the highest standard of JRPGs available right now and is the highest standard of remakes. Hope more remakes of classics like this are made. I'm ready to spend my hard earned money on these. I had one ask though, controller support. Another thing, Charlotte's subtitles are.. annoying.

A great remake! Though I have not played the original game. Here are reasons why It's not 5 stars. 1.) There is no controller support. It's hard to navigate with just the touch screen option especially during battles. 2.) The graphics are good but an Ultra settings option would be better. My S23 Ultra is not even breaking a sweat😅. 3.) Camera sometimes block your view during battles or just simply roaming around. Overall it's a good android game. I'm on my 2nd playthrough. The new game+ is 🔥

No. Stop it. It's a port from console/PC and you went out of your way to REMOVE controller support!? The game lost 50% of its fun without it, every combat is a confusing mess, and there's lots of combat in this game. LOTS! Also, there's no "save anywhere", long sessions without the possibility of saving, entire curscenes that get skipped with an accidental tap. Please, fix this mess. The game, despite it being good at its core, isn't worth the money on mobile. Stay away from it.

Game runs fantastic. Playing on the highest settings on my Pixel 4a with absolutely no issues. The only reason I rate 4 stars is because it needs controller support. The touch screen controls work as good as they could for a game like this. But you can't thuroughly enjoy an action rpg like this without a controller. So if that's added I'll happily adjust my rating.

The idea of having the characters chosen at the beginning shape the story was intriguing. By the time I was through with 1 round of the core story I couldn't push myself through it 2 more times to play what amounts to around 70% of the game again with some minor story changes until the endings. I understand that this is just a port of a remake of an old game, but the lack of variety in the stories and complete lack of side quests to flesh out the world killed it for me. It was fun for a while.

Fantastic remake of a 2D game into full 3D here. The mobile port is of course slightly less graphically stunning than the PC version but it still is one of the best looking mobile game out here. The gameplay is super smooth and playing with touch controls doesn't change the experience at all (I also own it on Steam). If you like action-RPG, please play this, it's way worth the price they ask for it. As for SquareEnix, more remakes like this please, from Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, etc.

NO CONTROLLER SUPPORT?! The graphics are great for Android. It's compelling and fun, but imagine my frustration when I thought I'd be plugging in my controller, like Adventure of Mana, and enjoy the game on my chromebook. How is this a port from Switch or PC without controller support? Just negligent. Needs to be optimized for ChromeOS. A lot of strange artifacting and I will often see my character in a T pose between cutscenes. They got my last review remove somehow. I'm saving this one.

Better than on Nintendo switch. I like the controls on mobile better and I can play it anywhere. I like the mana series because it's simple. No complicated system of fighting or upgrading to deal with. Buy new gear in each town and get new abilities. Very simple. Also easy to play. Has a star to guide you always, so you are never lost. Please do more Mana games!

Great port for the most part. Runs great, locked at 30fps but that's fine it feels better and looks better than the switch still. The saturation or something is turned down a bit or something so the colors are a bit too vivid which you can't fix. Also a scale for the combat buttons would be nice as sometimes I miss the attack button. As for the game I think it's best played casually on the phone. It couldn't hold my attention on PC but here it's a great pass time so I'm getting more out of it.

No controller support( solved with screen mapper but still a pain) on screen controls can't be hidden(even if you select hide on screen controls option?!). That's it those are my only gripes but they're BIG gripes. I love the mana series and I think this and the og have their own place, as a matter of fact I think the og is my favorite of the 2 but I love em both.
