I'm jess2000 from yuyang server. The game is nice and interesting but 75 advance recruitment just get 1 ssr hero is too ridiculous. Pls change your system or compensate me. I asked because u said that ma Yun Lu chance is higher so I tried with all my scroll. I downgraded the star because customer service NVR reply the review

I changed from 5 star become 1 since all events related using ingot, have spend many ingots but didnt get anything related with the events. Last events such as skin dragon and sp guan yu, already spend many ingots for skin dragon but didnt get the skin dragon. And also no luck when open red pockets, didnt get sp guan yu. It useless when you give us items related with luck. Still no luck for this. Thanks

Good game. Though abit of pay to win however, f2p also can slowly grow. Afterall is a war game so dont get mad if you get attack . To prevent this u just need to simply shield up

My ID in Phoenix 1 that i bind using google play gone forever, once i log out i can't log in anymore, please fix it, don't be so irresponsible. Thanks

Started a game, no Google account so no purchases. They supposedly fixed it, but wanted me to get a hold of customer service to bind my account. Instead customer service sent me a terms of service with out instructions to bind my account. I don't trust the app now. I uninstalled the older version, and tried the newer version to start over secure my purchases would be secure, but it still will not let me bind the account or even get on after picking log in with Google. So uninstalled it.

Devs and admin not responding at all. Merge system very bad. They gonna skipped your season without notice. Very bad system. Not recommended to play . Better find another 3K games

Classic 4x gameplay but it is not very painful if a big whale comes knocking. Unlike Evony where a small lapse in shield is a huge setback even almost quit worthy depending on what you had in terms of sub cities and troops this game makes it almost inconsequential. Don't get me wrong, you want to preserve your resources especially when you are in your upper 20's but nothing lost feels like you lost too much to recover from. It keeps a good balance for both the victor and the defeated.
