The newest update literally set me back MONTHS of progress. I think this is where we part ways, and I was really enjoying it for the better part of 2 years

Manage to bring new mechanics to the "idle" game genre. Manage to keep my attention and it is surprisingly addictive.

The patch solved the issue. The game itself is a good idle, better than most, but by the nature of those games, get repetitive after a while.

Lol!! The devs got greedy other people were right they Nerf the cat and now it takes forever to get your quest levels up all this is to manipulate so people can spend more money on pet stuff he's just as bad as the rest I appreciate it he gave me stuff to get started but he just wants a good review that to me is not genuine either that's okay though he will learn his lesson.

Good game but with cloud saves broken and it having to much of a lag in challenges it takes the fun out of it. Also with the lose of tap speed in challenges shieldbearers are too hard to get the points for killing them

Was great, even bought the vip. Then the dev wanted more money in terms of pet packs so they nerfed the cat to make you buy more to get his level 3 ability you used to get at level 2. Would vote 0. Game is single player so... balance? Of what? (Response) For Quest 3 you just artificially added 9 more days to complete that rank. Also you can say that cat was over used but I switched back and forth from it per the 24 hour change. Your game is already grindy and you just added more time...

WAS a good game, but the latest updates nuked almost all offline functionality. If you only play offline this is now just a taping ninja game with no offline gains, which make progress impossible unless you leave the game on for hours straight.

Tap Ninja - idle game that is very similar to Idle Slayer. Best part about Tap Ninja is that you can actually idle. The characters don't feel terribly hard to unlock. And active play feels good. At the time of this review there's not a lot of things to do after the challenges are completed, but check out the Discord for Tap Ninja, you'll see that the roadmap for future updates will solve the dullness in due time. 5/5 stars.

Really great game. I'm honestly not usually a big fan of incremental games but this one managed to get me sucked in quite quickly. It seems relatively well balanced and I'm sure that will only get even better with time. The art is cute and I love the music too so all in all would definitely recommend.

Very good idle game with lots of upgrades and enough interaction to keep you paying some attention. People seem upset by the recent changes but I like them. Not having to reincarnate every 10 minutes for optimal progress is much better in my opinion.

everything went wrong when you decided to change everything on version 5.. a lot of us stopped playing as the progress went so slow. The speed now is like 1 over 100 of the speed before the upgrade. Also, changing the pet ability is like crippling your players.. nerfing yhe ability a bit.. but to the point of disabling it is just nonsensr. say the cat ability for example.. +2 quest and +3 speed step at star 7.. now it looks stupidly USELESS.

This review is for the mobile app varient. I play on steam, but it seems that instead of having the daily key/amber triggered by firefly kills, you have it based on watching an ad? I don't trust linking it to my other save would be wise either from a cursory glance. The game is a great time waster, although the late game is starting to make me lose interest (I'm about to unlock the shrine) events are the only fun to have. Needs a tweak for offline gains (no fireflies/enemy kills offline = less)

please update the game. as of now 15th july i cannot access my cloud progress because its not updated in play store. i played on ios, steam and android, and both ios and steam is updated with latest version but play store isnt. Update : its all good. Nice game btw, liked this concept much.

I play this every day, and it is one of the best idle games I have ever played. It has few ads, and they are very unintrusive.

Conquest targeting algorithm extremely sucks. Skills with very high damage targets low health, nearly dying enemies, which can literally be defeated by a low dmg atk. Healers are not prioritizing low health teammates, but just some random high health teammates. The targeting algorithm is comparable to Axie's algorithm, in which skills will be used in a target in a most useless way. Trash new game feature.

Good game, but it honestly annoys me when I'm in a challenge, and the game doesn't register I'm tapping. The cool down will be done, no blue bar, and it still doesn't attack. I lost on the same group of enemies at least 30 times before I quit. Dont make content in a game and leave it when it still needs fixing.

Not a bad game, but not exactly great, either. The ascension upgrade tree is incredibly linear, which feels a bit shallow. Some pets are ridiculously overpowered while others only get used long enough to upgrade their passive effects. The IAP stuff isn't pushy, which is nice, and the ad removal is reasonably priced. Lots of events and achievements, which can keep you coming back.
