Very limited game play. I was about to complete the campaign, and it said I failed and restarts me everytime. Can't play as any other nation for some reason. Definitely the worst total war game there is!

I finally finished this game after playing on and off for months. The initial challenge is quite hectic and fun but there virtually no replayability. Well worth the money and I'd recommend it.

Wish it had more playable factions in the campaign. And alexander mission was very rushed. Needs free play and more freedom in the campaign. Huge fan of the series. I have all 3 on my phone. Need Medieval Total War next

Despite I'm a big fan of total war PC games. I'm totally desapointed on campaign mode.. game over after some turns where I didn't invade certain cities... I think totally lost the open strategy that we find on PC

Uh, is this the best ending of the game you could come up with? I used the cheats to end the game. Glad I did not play it for weeks to get a VERY underwhelming ending as my reward. It is not as bad as Game of Thrones poorly scripted writing to end that awesome show but how you ended this game once I conquered the 30 provinces was "cut from the cloth" of the GOT bad writing to end that show. I will request a refund. Why would I play it again? Bored playing it.

Like all your ports! Absolutely brilliant. Until you get Midway through campaign and it's impossible to take another turn without it crashing. Fix this on your games and I'll rate 5 stars. But so far im very dissapointed

Awesome port, never played this one! Typical gameplay that you'd expect from these games. No bugs or lag experienced. Keep in mind this is an expansion of the first game, and focuses solely on Alexander the Great, so you won't be playing any other factions, it's just his campaign. This game is fun for when I'm feeling my Alexander itch. Is it worth $5? No. It should be $2.99 at the most. With that said, it's worth paying $5 to own it forever. I had the $5 to burn so 🤷♂️ Runs well on my G10+

I could never beat this when I was younger, and I'm proud to say I have finally beat it. It ported over great to mobile. I wish the battle controls were smoother, but in time I was able to make it work.

Hey there. I have The other two installments in Rome total war and barbarian invasion. No issues at all.. But this installment I can't download it. I do not know why. I have tried restarting my phone, tried clearing the cache etc etc and nothing works. Really want to play this installment. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Another TW port from Feral and another instant buy for me. Guys, you are great - please keep doing what you are doing! While this expansion might not be as feature rich as the original Rome TW or BI expansion, it is still worth playing and is a fresh experience for a seasoned TW player. If you never played a Rome TW game before, I would suggest that you leave Alexander alone for now and then come back later to be able to fully appreciate it!

Its good experience however I'd like some more content more campaigns be able to build the Persian empire or put india part of the game. More map space i get its the Alexander campaign but I don't think it was worth the $5 I beat the game in under 24 hrs. Also id love if you added some of the troops from this game to Rome total war mobile. I loved the short spear units. There was just so much more potential for this game. Also it would be awsome when you finish the game move into world dominate

Nice story telling elements but it could have been taken further especially since you are restricted to one faction and the plagthrough is relatively short with no option to keep going after capturing 3o settlements. Still nice to have more TW on android. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. medieval 2 TW next ;) :)

Unplayable. I don't get how they managed to get the controls so wrong. It's crazy how on the PC this game has the best controls ever and here it's the worst :( Please do something to allow the user to modify the controls.

Great game, realistic, more to unlock, more to work for. I love this game and I bought it in the year of 2023 and I hope to see more. What I meant by more is that I wish you could create napoleonic wars. Which is famously known as Total war: empire.

I played all the Rome total war games when they first came out on PC 20 years ago. They were my favorite war game to play then and now they are again. Almost all of the functionality that was available on the PC versions are available on the mobile apps and I am hooked again. Thank you so much to the developers that took the time and coverted these all time favorites over so that I may enjoy them again!

While I believe this DLC is marketed towards Total War players looking for a challenge, this happens to be my first Total War experience. However, this game is still probably one of the best PC games ported to mobile. There are hundreds of soldiers, horses and sometimes even elephants in battles, duking it out. The campaign is a bit hard to get the grasp of at first, but it's easy to understand afterwards. I did have issues speeding up battles though. Would recommend

Amazing game. I've been playing total war games since Rome Total War came out in 2003 and this game is just like it. However: 1. IA does a terrible job managing your cities and policies. 2. I didn't finish the campaign in the specific turns (which I never knew I had) and then out of nowhere it shows you a message saying YOU LOST. It doesn't even give you the option to continue the campaign. You have to start all over again YOU SERIOUS? Great game but it's a play one time and delete.

An issue with hoplite path finding. I know from the PC game that if you manually set the position and line size of a hoplite unit the soldiers on the left will go to the right and vice versa instead of just moving to the new position, but for some reason the whole unit seems to want to go somewhere else. Like if I go to correct their position in front of a gate they'll want to go in the opposite direction for a bit and then come back. Some don't even come back.

Yet again, another wonderful port from the Total War Series. They really did make this specifically for androids; it has a perfect touch screen feel to it, it plays easy and performs well on my S10+ with minimal lag when doing 3x speed. Only thing I would like to see added in is letting you continue after you have failed the campaign, and possibly even letting you try out other factions as you can in previous series.

The addon is a nice concept, but it is a little unplayable for me. If I touch the screen, i skip all the way across the map and it is almost impossible to play sometimes. I paid $5 for an addon where I can only play as one faction and I cant even play that because the controls are extremely sensitive and they cant be adjusted. In the main game and Barbarian expansion, the game plays just fine. Maybe this one needs a controls update to fix sensitivity.
