I love the game and how it plays. The controls are good and the art style is very cute. I just have a small issue with how the characters exit cutscenes though, since instead of going fully off screen they just stop at the edge and awkwardly stand there for the rest of the scene, it slightly ruins immersion. Other than that though, everything is great and love to play it more!

Great game, so far. Players follow a self-starter as he/she navigates a modest village and strives to make life better residents. Recommended to fans of Stardew and Graveyard Keeper. Like those entries, Potion Permit feels large in scope and adds a variety of gameplay elements. (There is a few game breaking bugs that devs need to address here, especially the "fishing" bug; freezing each time I try casting forcing a reset. When this is solved, I'll revisit the title, but otherwise unplayable.)

My experience been ok on the phone. When I first play it. It was hard to get use to the map as small as it is. I had to play it on the switch to get better idea of the map and how the game works as well. I wish the characters was a little more lively than plain when talking to them. But besides everything so far. It's keeping my interest there still.

It needs work. The biggest issue for me is that there's no quick save. If I need to leave the game to do something else with my phone, I risk losing progress. I also don't like that there's only one gift to give any of the villagers, rather than trying to find the right gifts for each NPC. However, it's still a really good game, and I love that it works with my controller

I love the game so far, ive just unlocked the third area and im still hooked. My only complaints are of glitches or small quality of life issues in the UI. Personally I find when talking to someone and they take you somewhere else in the cutscene sort of annoying when you have to talk to them again and theyre no longer where they left you because they moved back to the orginal location. Not a game breaking issue but could do without for sure!

Nice twist on a cozy "collect the ingredients, upgrade your tools, and help the town" game. A few spots unfinished/just don't work (Bubble's shop and seeds), but other than that not bad! Really needs a quicksave or save when entering/exiting buildings, sucks if you get stuck and have to start the whole day over.

I just began this game and it seems great so far, however it has one extreme flaw that needs to be addressed. It is causing my Samsung Galaxy A54 to get hot with only a few minutes playtime. Many games with gar advanced graphics don't do this, so I wonder what it could be. I will hold out on hopes for an update to fix this, otherwise I might need to request a refund.

I have played on Switch before buying this one. First and foremost, this game is really nice. The devs did a good job, but there's always been bugs. On Switch, I remember not being able to marry Matteo, and now on mobile there's no back button when interacting with the community board in town hall when there's no available request, prompting you to close the game and lose the progress you had on that day. Manual save would be nice, so you don't have to re-do days when something like this happens

Really wish that thus game worked with Bluetooth controllers. The store page indicates it works with MFI controllers but my PS5 controller appears to not operate with it. Controls on the screen are clunky to the point im constantly going in and out of houses because I happened to press on the wrong side of the on screen joystick since it is not a click and drag function. The game is good outside of the control layout and I would increase to a 4 or 5 if that was addressed.

The gameplay and the concept are great. I've been looking forward to getting this game on movie ever since I saw it on the coming soon page. Only giving it four stars right now because I think it could use a little bit of optimization. Definitely notice some stutters/lag on my phone (Pixel 7a). Will definitely change the review to give stars once they patch it. But beyond that, great game and I look forward to playing it more!

Nice game, few bugs. I can't access the ranger post and when checking bubbles seeds it won't let me back out. Also Everytime I go to the lvl 1 fishing spot it freezes, I think it trys to load some cutscenes but glitches out. And because I can't learn to fish I can't complete multiple quests, making the game not 100% completable. I do not it, just needs some more work for mobile.

Game is good, plenty to do. My problem now is currently not being able to access the ranger shop, nor being able to use my Luna pad to control it. I'd also honestly like to sync saves from my mobile to my PC eventually when I decide to pick it up there. Also for mobile it is a must to have a save on app close. I've lost a days work to this before. And in cutscenes that are unskippable, If you have to minimize the app because of a call, it denies any input from the game. Causing progress loss.

Game looks decent and clean but the controls are a little wonky. There was a shop before the area you farm materials at. I tried to see what they have but the buttons to select cannot be seen. Even the return button was cut off. Also in every cutscene where the npc walks away, i can still see them on the screen. I assumed they should have been off screen and gone out of sight. Then again, this game was very recently ported to mobile so its natural to have bugs. For now i'm leaving it at 3 stars.

game is fun. But if you click anthing outside of the game, like another celular notification, while in a cutscene, the game freezes and won't resume. so you have to exit the game and lose all your progress for that day. another thing is that the shop outside of town doesnt have an interaction button once you click on the shop. its just not there. and to exit it because theres no interaction button to buy, the exit button on the other hand is cut in half. the exit button is literally halved.

very cute and fun. I like the townspeople and helping them out can be relaxing. There is definitely effort in storytelling as all the NPC's have separate arcs. There is some difficulty presented by the controls during the diagnostic minigame (sometimes the oncoming cue is layered on itself or button press is delayed or does not register). It's minor and you can restart the game if this happens.

I originally left a 5 star review mentioning how I preferred if there were customization options that were better. There is a much more important issue than needs attention though asap, there seems to be crashes in the game. Pretty frequent and more often than not it is when entering a new area (i.e. opening a door or fast traveling). When these crashes happen the whole day has to be restarted again. Me and my friend have been dealing with this and it is quickly ruining the fun out of this game.

Great game overall. Just some bugs. Ranger shop is completely unusable. Fishing is janky. When you catch a fish, you cant pull on it right away sometimes. Or when you let go of the reel button, it continues to reel by itself. There was one time i skipped a cut scene in the tailor shop and appeared on top of a furniture. Had to reset the day because I was stuck. Not a complete turn off when these things happen but it can be annoying.

The game is playable, but every now and then, when i stop moving it won't let me move again unless I go into the menu and back, then it works again until it happens again a minute or two after. Some of the menu items are squished together when I play on tablet mode (zfold 5), and some chat bubbles get cut off at the edge of the screen. Interesting game so far, but it needs a bit of fixing 👍🏼

It's a lovely game, just like on the other platforms. Wonderful world, peaceful music, fun characters! There are a few optimization things which would be good for mobile: a larger text option than the two provided, the interaction arrows should not be above a character's head. Longer phones have some glitching on the sides. It does take a while to load, and doesn't really allow for exiting in and out between apps. It would be nice if time kept moving during diagnosis and crafting for difficulty.

Update: a PS4 controller will work over Bluetooth, but not a DualSense Edge, Backbone One, or GameSir controllers. While I appreciate the in game PS iconography being used, please consider updating the game to support at least the backbone PS edition or generic gamepads. The game still could also use graphics settings to tailor the experience. A 30, 60 & 120 fps options would be nice.
