Leveling up at the higher levels is pretty much impossible, even if you DO spend money. I was able to level up to keep up with the storyline, and then there was a gap in new content before Chapter 18 was released. Suddenly I was 2 levels behind, so I had to level up to play Chapter 18. Then in the middle of the Chapter (18-16), you need to go up ANOTHER 5 LEVELS to continue. It's been MONTHS and I'm still not there. I gave up because doing nothing but grinding for EXP is not my idea of fun.

If you download this you'll get to look at pictures of super hot guys, while being entertained by a story with a decent hook. The story gets better the farther you're in, but because of leveling up, you start moving forward excruciatingly slow. Currently it'll take me weeks of gathering to move forward slightly. To go faster you have to pay exorbitant amounts of money. I'm pretty disappointed. Also, they need a decent proofreader, as there are grammar, spelling and phrasing errors everywhere.

I love this game! The reasons I did not give it a 5 star: I would like more frequent updates to the story (I really want to know what happens!), the grammatical errors in the dialogue can be distracting at times, and it can be difficult to get certain partner cards. For some reason, I didn't unlock all of the "N" cards, even though I met all of the characters. I would love to see more fun facts added too because I have so many extra keys. Overall, I'd say this game is very enjoyable, though.

Not sure how this game randomly uninstalled itself from my phone, but when I reinstalled it on my phone, there was no way for me to recover my previous account. When I went to the option to connect with Facebook, there was no option for me to connect to my original account. The only option was to accept this"new" account. I tried filling out the support questionnaire, but it's a load of BS because it won't let me submit my responses describing the problem. Someone contact me immediately please.

Hoping this gets better, so far I feel like the change of character backgrounds and retelling has ruined the story for me. I loved and read the entire series on the Moments app. I'll keep trying to see if it improves. Update: Story is pretty cool but it takes way too long to upgrade partners to progress with the story.

I love it! I had to start all over with the update and hope the next update doesn't do the same. But I'm enjoying it so far. Thanks for your hard work!! Okay so I have to start all over again with the new update. I had my character leveled up to 30 and 30,000 diamonds saved up gettin doing all the tasks and working up to save out... and now it's all gone... please help!! I don't want to start over with every update. UPDATE: I wrote you like you asked and have not recieved an answer or help.

I'm officially disappointed in Moon Lovers. The actual concept and story is great. Graphics are nice! My problem lies in the actual tasks and rewards. Constantly changes goals for the challenges to continue the story, it'll be 28000 then 34000. Updated prizes for the Achieve section of Tasks so you don't get Diamonds for completing milestones. Now you strictly have to pay for diamonds. Prizes don't cover enough to upgrade story quickly. It's just not worth it! I'm not buying anything anymore!

The app is fun without spending $ but leveling up fast turns it into a pay-to-play. My biggest complaint though is not being able to log into my account by logging in thru my FB. The customer service takes forever to get a response. I've currently emailed them a total of 3Xs but still no email back...in-app help doesn't work either. I hear this is a problem for a lot of others who have lost their accounts! {Why is this still an issue?!} I deleted my other review so they'd see my comment again!

I've been trying to restart this story since I downloaded it. It gave me a character that I never chose with a name that I never picked. I've deleted the app, cleared the cache, restarted the cache, and tried reinstalling it over a dozen times just for the same thing to happen. Kinda let down that I can't create my own character like it said I could. Won't be playing this game until they can get it fixed.

I loved these characters from the books on Moments, & I enjoyed this game, though it makes you work very hard to make game progress without spending a lot of money. I've written customer service multiple times for over 7 months (May '22) for help recovering my account, & they are completely ignoring me! I'd progressed pretty far in the story & upgraded many partner cards, & made several purchases, & I don't think it's fair they won't help me recover my account or give the courtesy of a reply.

Great graphics and interesting storyline, but like others mentioned it's impossible to proceed. The creators seem super greedy! I've already spent more than 100$ in 2 months. It was stupid of me, because I don't see that I can finish it now. I am stuck on lvl 11-20. How do you go from needing 27k points on lvl 11-18 to 33k?! And to upgrade cards by 60 points only u have to spend 200k exp ponts. Ridiculous and impossible! It just gets boring not being able to play. Will delete soon if not fixed.

So the way I see it is you have 2 options: 1: spend a lot of money and make consistent progress or 2: progress through the story line slowly. But it's ok because everyone needs to make a living. It's a good game. Some days will just be grinding or leveling up cards which will still provide you with new interactions. The art work is great and the story is good too. I will say that your money does not go as far in this game as others. Maybe more spending rewards, please? Thanks 👍

The art is lovely. Please check the editing. A better explanation of how the game works would be helpful. The game is too hard to level. There's not enough ways to help with leveling unless you pay money. There's nothing else to do while you're waiting to level up, which gets boring. I hope you add more chapters. Other things to do would be great or more ways to be able to level up. This could be the most amazing game if you just listened to the feedback and applied it.

Really like this game, different from other romance stories I've seen. 2 big complaints or this rating woulda been higher... When it comes to a mission, it takes way too long to upgrade characters to be able to win/pass that level; more frustrating, when I got a new phone and went to tried to upload my previous game, I keep running into errors and cannot get any help from customer service! *This would be 4 stars if I could have gotten help and didn't have to start all over in the game.

If you guys reinstall the game on a different phone. Over right it, by clicking the "you" icon. Right were your character name is. & tap "Account Switch"... It works! As for me, after two years of not being on here.... Not surprised that the storyline hasn't gone up. Why is it still unfinish? & when was the last update for everything else in the game

I loved this game. It was easy at first and then when you get into the higher chapters it got really difficult. That said, I had to get a new phone and when I downloaded the game to my new phone I had to start back at the beginning. There was no way for me to get my progress back! Now it just seems to be a waste of time to try to get all of the character cards and levels back.

I really used to love this game but I have been stuck on one lvl for over a year now and still can't update the game it pisses me off I gave up on the game with collecting items and even trying it's ridiculous I have paid so much money trying to get past the lvl and still can't so I give up I don't recommend the game to anyone who doesn't want to spend a Fortune. Fix the game and lower the standard for passing the levels
