The game won't let me hit claim to claim the daily coin bonus so I can't play the game anymore. There is absolutely no other way to get past this screen. Will let me exit the game but not play. Very frustrating. Only happens since update on 8/7/21 Since the problem was fixed I upped my rating. This game isn't as good as some of their others. Mostly because things are so hard to see and it's almost impossible to complete levels without hints.

Terrific game of puzzle and strategy. Great graphics and interesting locations. Haven't experienced any glitches. No annoying ads while you play. Plenty of opportunity to earn stars for hints when needed. Great job guys. I love playing it. Keep them coming.

Looked interesting, despite a few translation issues and a very simplistic story premise. Ads aren't too bad, from what I saw. But I absolutely cannot deal with how awkward the interface is, and I grew up on 80s games. I tried to overlook it but I give up.

OK, now to update. NOTHING wants to work. I cannot click on anything. It does nothing. I'm deleting as this is the second time this has happened. Update is that support wants a screenshot where I'm facing the problem. That's easy at the very beginning of the game.

There is a glitch in level 13 in one puzzle kindly fix it...am unable to proceed...otherwise its actually very good..let me know if you have more like this...would love to play as it helps me in my anxiety and reduces stress. Please fix that soon..I need to move forward.And fix the error soon and keep making such games in future as mind gets sharp and attentive while playing such escape games.

Just played for 5 minutes. Items to collect are very small if played on mobile device. You cannot zoom the screen so it was quite difficult for me to play it. Solved the first few puzzles quite easily once i was able to spot them and interact with them as once again because the screen size, even when i was clicking on the item/point needed, sometimes it was not working and i had to click numerous times before the hidden item opened.

Newbie: Wondering how come I've had to replay pzzls already achieved shortly after installing. Furthermore, I progressed on, recessed for the night then on returning, had to restart @ the beginning again🤬 This issue happened twice & so, on realizing User's progress wasnt being saved, became disappointed & disgruntled so uninstalled🤔 Rather ridiculous & will appreciate if Team saves Users progress then I will return at a later date. Enjoyment short lived I'd say & shame it ended so early.

Great game so far. Mini games quite easy but enjoyable. If you need to use hints (which I do occasionally) all you have to do is watch a short advert which you can click out of quite quickly, no big deal. Very few adverts so no distractions. Lot's of levels to keep you busy. Time will pass quickly once you get started. Very enjoyable x

Great number of games, lots of levels, my only reason for not giving 4 or 5 star, the 24hr reward is only 10coins, it costs 5 for one hint and you need to use hints in these games. Also, you have to memorise everything when solving clues (you could have a piece of paper which you found with codes, instructions etc to solve an ingame puzzle, but you can't put that piece of paper on the puzzle, you have to memorise all, hard at times.

Wonderful games - reporting a bug in primeval locust. Using Android phone, zero-side, primeval locust, far right hut, ball game. Ball cannot go up on lower left to win. Checked walkthrough: This is necessary. Hope for an update fix. Otherwise. I really enjoy these and have passed on my praise to a few others to play. Ads only for hints is great! Some puzzles give a free hint to move pieces but I don't know what the random colored pieces are to be arranged like to win. Can you Hint final pattern?

awesome..a serious escaper's utopia..tons of levels, puzzles and hidden items. HFG is the best, I've done frozen sleigh, homecoming, rival and this game all my favorites. the pinnacle of escape games. one complaint on the layout..you put the HFG logo too close to the up button on the inventory..keeps sending me to to Google play store its totally annoying. there is plenty of room to the right to move the logo over don't get why you did that, but otherwise the game is a masterpiece

Fun, but I did have some navigational issues. In a few scattered levels I couldn't re-enter puzzle opened doors, had to rely on the hints to move me past them. Also, frequently had to pay for two hints just to get the one I needed. The first one shows you where to use what you get from solving the puzzle the next hint is for. That is backward and wasteful of our coins. Still, overall it kept me busy and entertained, so I guess it did it's job.

This is a very cool game. Just completed the first two chapters and boy did time fly. It's certainly captivating. UI is good. Had no problem collecting and using items. A pad of paper and pen was helpful. You get a score at the end of levels too. Never seen that before. All in all I have no complaints. This game is going to take a while to complete, and that's a good thing. Kind regards to the developers.

Fun puzzles, some I needed hints to figure out. A few bugs and a repetitive structure, but even so each level is a riddle to unravel. Update: I love the second round of puzzles! There's more of a storyline and some tricky magical things to puzzle out. The dialog goes way too fast to read and some of the graphics need to be sharpened, but the visuals are beautiful and the game play is more exciting.

Overall a fun game. 😉 I really enjoy the escape games 🙂. I completed the 50 Room Escape games and really liked them. I did not like the Escape the Prison games. So far this is a 2 thumbs up 👍. We shall see as I go through the levels. One thing I do like is that I can keep clicking the free coin button to get free coins. I don't have to exit and go back in and hope I access the button. Hope this is helpful🤗.

I don't understand the purpose of the option that resets your progress each level. It could be a fun game if I could get beyond a level without having my progress wiped out every time I reposition my phone or accidentally touch the button. So far I've liked all of your other games, but I'm going to uninstall this one and look for another.

I'm enjoying the game for its difficulty and entertainment. If I need help it's nice to be able to watch videos for coins and then use them for a hint. However, I'm stuck in level 7. I've seen the funny but when I try it I click but nothing happens. I've clicked in so many places that nothing happens and now I can't go any further. I can't attach a screen shot but it's a leaf on the wall with 5 brown pieces that have different numbers of lines in them. Any ideas on what I'm supposed to do here?

I'm really liking this game. The graphics are well made and the short story that accompanied each level were interesting enough. I thought the levels are worth more than just 5 coins. You only get 5-10 as a daily gift for returning players. I didn't know if this could be rectified or not. But even if it isn't changed, I do highly recommend this game to anyone who loves playing escape games. 😁
