Really love the game, One annoying thing during blitzkrieg fire, Germany stops making ships after awhile which makes invading usa a pain, like they stopped producing them irl because they were ineffective/kept getting destroyed, also It would be nice to see the some kind of objective to get more ships, such as capturing Britain by December 1942. Idk love the game keep it up!

5/5 I LOVE IT. Totally worth the buy. There are no complaints. I 100% reccomend this game. Truly amazing. I am, however confused, it seems like if the AI does a bombing or naval attack they happen to do more damage. Nothing to bad, I'm just curious, is it because it's based on chance or do they have a superior Airforce/Navy?

Ever want to play something else than HOI4 because your buddy Italy would improve relation with Finland instead of actually building an army? Ever got tired of in game transactions, pop up ads and the 20+ DLCs other games have? Well this game is for you. Featuring more than 15 campaign scenarios with a historical setting and can be played as both sides. Alternatively, try the not-so-historical sandbox mode where the Soviet can defend Britain against an invasion by the Romanian

I like this game a lot and I want to love it. A few problems, I hope they get added/fixed: * Can't merge land units into corps/armies (but can merge sea units into Task Forces) * Can't select just tank/mech units (but can select all bombers/fighters). * Can't pick what to build. * USSR can attack Germany in 1939 but not the reverse, so as DE you can't strip the eastern front for Plan Yellow. It's very fun and engaging, I just wish there were a lot less tedious selecting of units.

The best game experience I have ever got with allies and axis, the other WWII games are fine, but will never get as good as this one, played it for days with the biggest battle layout( Europe 1941 April ), all I have to say is that it will be even more amazing if there was some realistic battle video clips, cuz when you get a huge divisions forming into like the size of five corps, the video battle clips have tanks looking like their driving over the men, and even the men walking on each other.

This game is very good, ive played the original pacific fire and this has already been a massive improvement from that game, plus the developer is consistently updating and adding very good features. My new main suggestion after playing for many hours is probably the ability to select forces from multiple bases without needing to go back and forth. Playing as the u.s in the pacific fire campaign takes alot of scrolling because you gotta select one place at a time.

An excellent, well designed and streamlined grand strategy game focusing on the European theater. There is a lot of depth to the strategy, while not overwhelming the player, as the interface makes it easy to navigate and launch full-scale operations across entire fronts. A unique serious wargame that is rare on mobile. A true gem!

Great game but I'd like to say some prototypes would be a great addition mostly in the naval aspects of the game could be used hence the German carrier as well as their h classe and the Italians had a carrier during the war not many know that tho it wasn't that great and in my honest opinion the air combat between ai could be better mainly noticed it with the ai where they just swarmed planes until they had around 100,000 air losses to my 15,000 which seem s kinda unbalanced But that's fixable

Keeps getting better! Even after update it's still a bit easy on hard. A bit more aggressive AI on land would be great, AI naval units aren't utilized fully. I hope the next update includes a multi-player. SPOILER ALERT: naval bombardments deals unrealistically high amount of damage. 1 port shouldn't determine the outcome of a global conflic. AI fleets should never stay in the same port 2 turns in a row, they end up in Davy Jones locker. Also, proof the axis COULD have won

Fun, time consuming but worth it. The AI response and counter movements are sometimes remarkable. It is not easy across massive fronts and the East is a massive tragedy which is realistic, you can see the vast difference in the combat from west to east which should perhaps give players perspective. Good game but needs more animations of air strikes and naval strikes.

I've only had this game a few days but I love it. I absolutely loved Pacific Fire and was waiting for whenever they added the European Theater. I also love the supply mechanics as it opens an entirely new strategy element to your troops. And looking where this game can go from now opens newer possibilities. Perhaps WW1 or the Cold War. Either way, this game is amazing and worth every penny.

I really enjoyed this game, nothing feels quite as good as beating the initial German invasion while playing as the French. This installation of the "Fire" series takes some of the best aspects of the Pacific Fire series and builds on it in many engaging ways. I've noticed that during the "Blitzkrieg Fire 1939-1944" campaigns if you aren't playing as Britain the AI won't defend it's capital. I truly hope and wait for a Winter Fire installation for the cold war. Thanks for another amazing game.

For us old boardgame grognards this game is a real treat. Warning, it is totally absorbing and playing the multi-year campaigns can take days. But it is highly detailed and thoroughly enjoyable. Main change I suggest is allowing the game to be saved between turns. When playing a multi-year campaign, and managing 4 major combat theaters, it can take over a hour to give orders to every unit, and there's currently no way to interrupt or close the app without losing all your moves.

It's great, one issue with both fire games is that neither of them have a campaign for pure naval action. If it were at all possible to have control of only one type of force I'd be playing like that 24/7. EDIT: After playing for a while longer, I have a suggestion that I think would add another large aspect to the game, Germany was developing a carrier that was never finished due to resources but should be added. Also black sea fleet is unable to move out.

I want to really dig into this game. It's deep and nuanced and I suspect the skill ceiling is high. But it currently does not seem to save any orders you've issued if you return to main menu before you end your turn. On big maps, it could take an hour to consider all options and carefully issue orders. I can't often devote such large chunks of time. If the ability to save orders is added, this will become 5*.

It is a very good game. I've played it and the Pacific Fire version extensively. It does require some strategic thinking and is fairly deep. However there are some issues. Coastal invasions are a bit unrealistic. It should be based on industrial capacity at the least. Also, say the allies attack Bastogne while Axis attacks Reims at the same time. The armies will pass each other without combat and each will successfully capture their target. Keep working. It is a superb game. Glad I bought it.

This is absolutely the best WWII game you can get on the market. Engrossing strategic planning. Outstanding AI. Incredible detail on units. The ability to play any country seperately or the entire war as the Axis or Allies. Geoff works tirelessly on updates and bug fixes. He responds to input, which is rare. The game just gets better and better. If you don't buy it, you are missing out. Thanks again!

I love this game as it's so good and satisfying! However, it does have a few issues, like the not saving moves when you leave. The other big issue that I have is that when the allies attack specifically in the 1943 to 1944 map conquests, they just bomb 1 city with all their bombers wherever they attack. If you could fix these 2 things, I would be happy!

Amazing game, really fun, and really accurate. I love all the options and scenarios you can make. Only suggestions I would make is to have more areas in sandbox mode such as just the Western front and Mediterranean, an Atlantic campaign, and some more axis units to balance out later war scenarios such as the German, Italian, and French aircraft carrier prototypes and the Horton fighters and bombers.
