Dropping this to 1 star customer service is horrible repeat bots no help zero customer service I played a year and a half lost my acct due to new phone gave customer service everything they asked for ZERO HELP

Although I enjoy the game, it constantly crashes and now it won't let me past the "rewards" as it won't show anything to pick.

It the worst game ever so uneven team can't do nothing you have to be 30 milion power to even do anything and it pay to win as well and they don't update it anymore been playing for over two years and not a single update

another glitch ....power was dropped a 2nd time after spending money to upgrade my power devs said it was my fault and basically called me a liar. I requested and received a refund from google for the money that was spent during the glitches....devs suspended my account.....junk game and devs will rob you this game should not even be allowed to be downloaded

Currently I'm waiting for a response from you guys to give me my diamonds I paid for a few days ago for $9.99. Now I'm stuck on a "pick your reward" screen after I enter the game and can't even close it as it says pick 1 of 3 rewards but nothing shows up. Help please?

Great game but horrid customer support and very pay-to-win. 10-26 <20 players on server, should have merged long ago-dull. Three coiners in one faction have shut everyone else down. Fix this. 12-04 Account vanished, past experiences say that to try to recover it is a waste of time. You give them all your information and nothing but a runaround. Level 100/>500 day account gone. Play at your own risk.

Great game...love the many different ways ships level up. And the developers are not stingy with the diamonds so easy to earn a ship load of them. Thanks for the awsome game.

It's alright you don't have to pay to win but it definitely helps things go faster I'd give it a higher rating but customer service sucks (still haven't responded to my request to help) and they're missing the Italian Navy(Regia Marina) and the French Navy I'll put it to 4 stars when they add the Italian Navy

Somehow got logged out and the game wouldn't accept my password tried resetting my password keeps telling me some kind of error and then it totally resets the game to level 1 from level 87 so much for over a year of game play

dead game . it's okay if you looking for a game to play for 10 minutes while sitting on crapper but if you into pvp and stratgy games that's absolutely not the one. forgot to mention everytime you log out will be followed by app crash report which really getting old and unheard or seen in any other game I played.

I would love the game if it did not crash constantly. I try to buy gems and it crashes. They always have the same answers so it not getting fixed.it has also become a pure pay to play game. It's getting disappointing for sure

Would be a fun game but you have to constantly uninstall and reinstall because it crashes. I have to do this every other day. Some of the battle modes lag so bad I can't participate too. Their support is pretty good and respond quickly. Problem is that they say the same scripted thing with almost every problem. Fix the bugs for a higher rating.
