Here is how WeParent simplifies your co-parenting experience and helps you stay organized:
1. Custody schedules. Use WeParent to set up your school year, summer, holiday, travel and vacation schedules. Start from our convenient built-in templates or use a custom schedule. Then track and manage changes to the parenting calendar, so that there is never any confusion about where the kids are staying.
2. Family calendar. Add your kids’ school events, after-school activities, doctor appointments, and anything else you need to track. Your spouse or co-parent and any other family members that you invite will be able to see all of these events too and pitch in to help when needed.
3. Shared lists, updated real-time. Use lists to create to-do lists, shopping lists, chore lists, packing lists, guest lists and more. Then check and uncheck items as you complete them. Your family will see the information updated in real-time.
4. Real-time messaging. Exchange private messages or group messages with anybody you invited to your family. Having all of your communication in one searchable archive makes it easy to retrieve the information whenever you need to.
5. Important contacts and information. Share your kids’ shoe sizes, school report cards, immunization records or photos with your family members quickly, easily and securely. We integrate with your phone’s camera, photo library and contacts book (with your permission, of course), and keep a searchable archive of everything for easy reference.
6. Record-keeping. Everything shared on WeParent is permanently archived, and can be retrieved for your review or for use in court if needed.
7. WeParent data are stored securely in the cloud and can be accessed from any device. All data entered into WeParent belongs to you, and you only. We never sell or exchange your data.

Great app. It's so simple to share custody and events and all messages go through the app so I don't get disrupted by text messages when I am busy with other things.

Similar to a lot of people who use this application. The date entries are missing also the messages have gone..This isn't good as I use to app to communicate with the ex and track contact with my kids. I need to know I can get the data when I need it

The best app out there for easily managing custody, calendar, schedules and events. Plus all communications happens in the app so I get to decide when I'm disrupted by my ex!

First off, I've rarely had any problems with this platform. The only suggestion I've had is to improve the app for Android as it didn't function the same as iOS. With this new version I can easily say this is the best platform for navigating divorce. You can tell they listened to their users as a result of this new app, which says a lot about the company..

Not that great so far don't think I made it through free trial and it put me in demo mode, dose not keep days as they should be and now flashing in and out of the app with issues. Tried to uninstall and reinstall now I can't even get in my current account.

The idea is great. But it keeps putting me in demo mode wanting me to register even though I've registered, added calendar dates and sent messages. The only way to get out of demo mode is to log out and log back in. Every few minutes. Very frustrating.

I have used this app for a few months but can no longer use it as it has a bug preventing me from opening the calendar now. I can't even contact customer support because then I try to do that through the app, it just shuts down.

Everytime when reopening this app, it either shows welcome to register or fetching data takes time. It seems like this Unbelievable huge bug remains for quite a long time without any attention. Not able to fetch data when open makes this app incomplete.

I cannot see the other co-parents messages. The troubleshooting suggestions do not work. If one parent has an iPhone and the other has an android just find a better app. This is awful. After contacting customer support they said there would be a bug fix on the update in the next day or two. This was also a lie. There was no update. No bug fix. The app doesn't work. Customer service is slow to contact and lies to you. This app is a scam DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

This app is so buggy, you can't edit an event, there is only a button to cancel not save. And it doesn't even cancel the event. It got times and dates wrong for events and the app gets laggy when you have a few pictures. I want my money back!

I was signed out of the app, and when trying to re sign in it wouldn't let me and kept asking to subscribe even thoe I had already subscribed. I emailed customer service took 2 days to reply and in a nut shell they said there was a bug which had been fixed and I should be able to sign in now! I attempted to sign in to no avail so I contacted customer services again 2 days later still no reply! Don't waste your money app doesn't work

Constantly not working. Constant errors. Defeating the whole purpose of an app that allows communication during parallel parenting. It is frustrating to say the least. Thanks for making a painful and difficult situation much more painful

Update: the developers resounded to this rating and it was fixed. The app keeps deleting anything we put into the calender. Kinda hard to remember things that way. Tried to contact customer service but it was only help topics of things other than this problem. This happens very often. And we pay for this!?! Garbage

Unfortunately the app is not working. Gives me a notification saying it has a bug and asks me to clear the cache. I proceeded to do that and then when I opened the app it kept opening refreshing disappearing then opening and refreshing again. Only got far enough to make an account. I can't even make selections in the menu.

NOT RECOMMENDED, LOTS OF ISSUES: reoccurring pop up, calender loads blank, can't upload photos or documents( changing permissions doesn't work), screenshots cause a pop-up and now I can't log back in. Attempts to contact customer support have been unanswered and, quite ironically, has caused another bug(goes straight to customer support conversation). Waste of time and money until it's given an overhaul.

I've been using this for approximately a year. So far I've had constant issues with messaging, either notified and unable to read, or not notified at all. Uploading documents only works about half the time but will work if I try again on a different day. Entering calander appointments is mostly reliable, but I've still had a few errors. Overall I'd recommend paying more for something that works.

It's been a while since I've reviewed the app, since being acquired quality has gone down the drain. I'm going to be looking into switching platforms with my legal team. The unreliability of the app has caused conflicts and problems that otherwise would have been avoided. Too bad reaching out to support does nothing. I don't even care about a refund it's about results. I'm leaving this app in the dust!

All calendar events have been deleted. Looking at past comments, apparently this is a glitch which is unfortunate because a lot of the information that we used for the events is used to show proof that we actually did what the event said. The app is also very slow when hitting the back button to go from say messages to the homepage. It takes a couple seconds before it responds.

Beneficial, but the app itself needs a lot of work to be more user friendly. Won't save anything but Name and Number to contacts, can't save address or any other information, eventhough there's spaces for more info. Most often posts pictures on their side, regardless of its original formatting. Idk, its nice to have the information this accessible, but the app could be a little easier to use.
