Your game is very good but not good enough, the other bots have been closed and to unlock them you have to pay. i think people will play your game if you unlock the other characters,iam just saying I love your game but try to fix it

You should be ashamed of yourself. You make it to where you have to spend at least SEVEN DOLLARS, to continue the game. "Choose 3 bots" but the game only gives you 2, is extremely clearly holding the game above your head like "Oh you ALMOST have enough to play". My son came into our room crying that "I don't have enough bots to play the game". I am appalled at this game.

This game was good before, but then after a few levels you are FORCED to buy a new Bot JUST to continue. That is the reason I gave it 3 stars only, the game forces you to use real life money for some extra gameplay or else you're gonna get bored with it. If you want to keep your fans, don't force people to but things just to play your game.

I bought this game and paid the 23 bucks for the full upgrade pack. Today my son wanted to play the game from the beginning so I reset the game in settings. Surprise surprise now the game doesn't recognize the fact we bought the upgrade pack. So I tried to restore purchase but received an error stating we should try again later. On the developer's website they recommended to delete the app and reinstall it. I just tried that and this app cannot be reinstalled. I emailed developer. Let's see if they help.

Had this game for years. And we bought all the bots previously. Now it is showing that I have to buy the bots again! It was fine prior to the update. Signing in and out says there are no purchases. But I know I have bought all the characters previously. As we have been playing this since 2015/16.

Decent game. Kid enjoyed for a couple of days. Not worth the money. As others have said u barely get into the game before u are pay walled with ONLY levels with 3 or more bots required. I get keeping some locked incase folks want the whole team, pay for it. But it's effectively 14 dollars for a pretty short game with the same exact action through out. It's okay for what it is but wouldn't recommend. Generally wouldn't recommend most things budge, it's mostly the same model through out.

Even on play pass can only complete a couple of rounds then have to purchase new bots or cannot play. Budge is a kids rip off scheme children should not be subjectedl to micro transactions. And play pass is a sham only a handful of games live up to the no ads or in app purchases. Contacted budge got an auto reply, how common is that becoming.

It's a free trial, not free to play like they advertise. They give you two bots for free, but you very quickly get to a point where you need 3 bots to continue. No replay of anything. My son was excited for this game, and only getting to play for 15 minutes was a huge disappointment. Budge ought to be ashamed of themselves for trying to exploit young children like that. I probably would have paid for the entire game if not for how misleading and manipulate this was.

Appalled!! I never spend money on apps. I did as a massive treat for my son. I spent 2 x £2.99 as the game would not continue if i didn't and not its asking for more money or it will not continue. What a rip off. You should be reported!!! I've not known anything like it. Money down the drain and an upset boy. If i had had to spend £2.99 on the game itself which would then last forever that would have been ok. That's what i thought i was doing. This is a money pit. REFUND PLEASE!!!

Worst game who wants to download the game I want to tell them that there are only a few disasters and we have to stop them again and again by doing the same thing and after some time we reach a level where there is needed 3 bots and we have only 2 and we can't go further without purchasing the Autobots. I want a game from budge studios that has no purchase and it should be awesome.

I will update once I hear back as I emailed budge like they asked others to do with the same problem, but it seems scammy. I purchased this game a few years ago for my son and he has been playing it, transferred it to another device and restore purchases says there was none, looks like there are a LOT of people with this problem. They also more then doubled the price since I have purchased. Makes me think it's just a way to scam people out of more money.

Do not install, constantly bombarded by ads for the developers other games and the game itself is impossible to beat without paying to unlock the full cast of the show (which does not come as standard). It would be a better decision to have the 4 main bots free and then have bumble Bee and Optimus (who only appear occasionally in the show) to be the unlockable characters. All of the minigames are the same too. Overall a waste of time and seems built to trick kids into scamming their parents

Half an hour of play for a 5 year old, then it requires you to buy a bot. And the free play period already includes ads. Isn't terribly expensive, but did not appreciate the surprise that there would be so little free content. Would buying a bot take away the ads even, or would we still have those too? Couldn't see how to re-play the first levels since we can't move on. Extremely disappointed.

You get a short period of free play with the first two bots then you get paywalled into buying another bot to continue. Even then the game play is extremely limited. Each bot gets 2 types of mini games, and you don't get to choose which you get to play for each level. Even after paying for the extra bots the gameplay comes to an end after a few more hours. There are better games out there to play.

I had this game on my phone for my son and had purchased the package to unlock all the characters. My phone was dropped in water so I had to get a new one. I installed the app and now its saying I have to purchase it again because it went from 4.99 when I purchased it to now 6.99 that is not right and completely unfair!!!! And it will not allow me to restore my purchase since the price changed. It did the same thing with chuggington...I cannot restore my purchase for that game either!!!

this game is fun. but the problem is that the mini games need 3 bots, and after playing for a while now, it needs 4. and there is no another way to get more hero bots, and the only way is to get by game pass. and I don't have a type of money to buy. this isn't playful and fun. you need to buy. games are made to be fun, not to buy the fun. 1 star only. try to fix and update the game so people can play it probably. 😔

There is limited play without paying money. Once my kid got to the missions requiring 3 bots, he was just stuck and could no longer play anything. You cannot go back and redo missions, find other ways to earn more bots, nothing. It's disappointing to have an app like this from budge studios; usually there's at least a little remaining functionality without paying.
