Yeah, the app is slick and has a huge amount of info at my fingertips. But WHERE is the live vision? As in, footage i can watch of actual race. Not just a feed of comments or positioning in a map. HUGE omission.

Open the app and up pops a Skoda advert that you can't close. Takes over whole screen. Doesn't close even when you click it (and it takes you to a competition that isn't open yet)

Excellent app, all the info you need and easy to navigate. Great UI. Enhances tour experience. Congratulations and thanks to software team.

UI experience horrible and confusing. Not intuitive and cluttered. Absolute debacle of a change. Can see a lot of work has gone into it, feel sorry for those involved...

It's ok, but pages are too cluttered & complicated and links too unreliable for use on smartphone, even with big screen (galaxy zflip5)🤔. Too much information makes it difficult to find simple facts🤨. Trying too hard imho🫤

I don't know how a worse app could be designed. Overwhelming graphics, some of the previous content impossible to find, a triumph of juvenile design. You have forgotten your brief which should prioritise function and intuitive design.

2024 version? Where is the list of riders? You responded under TEAMS. I was aware of this and no it's of no help as it should be fairly obvious that if you don't know what team a rider is in that means scrolling through every team. In previous years there has always been an alphabetical list of riders from which you can see their team and select as a favourite...or not.

The live tracking has been improved and it's great I can track my favourites positions. I'd like to find an obvious search option for a rider but maybe it's because I'm not yet familiar with all options.

I see 3 notifications on the icon red bubble but when I open the app there is nothing to show me where I must go??? The rest of the app is the same as every year so far. Little innovation. Perhaps more will become apparent when the racing starts.

Trying to get used to the new look app. Questions: - Where can I view my favorite riders so I can track them each day? - How can I search for a specific rider in the day's stage rankings to see how they fared? I don't see any search in the stage rankings window, only if I go into Teams which doesn't show the info I'm looking for. - If I go to Pick Your Favorite with Continental from the main screen and choose "I try my luck" it switches to French. Is this expected?

Nice idea but when some of the content is only served in French it's pretty pointless for an international fan base. Edit: thanks for the response ASO...not sure who Paul Watson is though. The "pick your favourite with Continental" feature on the Home page as an example reverts to French.

No real advantage over web site and a few negatives. Ads for competitions get in the way and are difficult to click out of without ending up on a different site. Will not work in landscape mode on my Note 10+. Disappointing so deleted and will use web site direct.

It's great to be able to follow the results throughout the Tour de France. I realise that Skoda don't have the sponsorship arrangements with the Giro or the Vuelta that they have with the Tour. But it would be great if this app gave the same information about all 3 Grand Tours. I'm sure it did in past years. That would also encourage users to leave it installed.

1) For the ITT I can see the velocity of the riders in real time, which is a useless feature, but I can't see their times at the checkpoints, which would have been a useful feature. 2) They immediately push stage results, so it was revealed to me, that Vingegaard would win the stage, while my stream was 10 seconds behind. It should be possible to add a delay to avoid spoilers.

Fantastic app except for these two issues: 1. SPOILERS! The preference center for notifications keeps getting reset daily. I don't want to know who won the stage or took the yellow jersey, but alas every day I receive these notifications. 2. App has a lot of complexity in terms of pages, features and navigation. It's nice to have so much available but it is a steep learning curve to navigate

The biggest problem with this app is that it counts the km up instead of down like the TV experience. So as I try to follow the race on TV along with the app, I continually have to subtract the km left in the race from the km on your app to see where they are on your stage map. You should start with the total race length and count down to the end.

App is horrible compared to last year. Very very slow. The elevation profile map with live progress is tiny, with a tiny zoom button that makes it only slightly bigger. The live road map is horrible, slow and hard to move. If I scroll the map left, it scrolls to the next stage's page. WHY???? The map is slow and unresponsive often. Last year I liked the app much better, it was faster with a user friendly layout and I could see live standings with ease. Not this time. What were they thinking?????

i was very happy with the 2018 ap. 2019 is terrible. videos difficult to find. results spoilers are displayed before being abke to access videos. videos will not load full screen. There appears to be little overall design with features seemingly develpoed at random, and the basics has suffered to the point this app is unusable. i just to watch the daily summary. I will try the website.

Poor. This is an incredibly dysfunctional app. The videos are barely accessible. You can't watch them in landscape. You can't skip the ad's that seem to go on forever. The layout is utterly counterintuitive and so it's difficulty to find anything you are looking for. The only positive is that the app probably contains everything that you want to find... except that you'll never be able to actually find it or be bothered to watch it

I really like that I can keep track of the Tour on this app. It looks great, and is easy to navigate. My one problem with it is the video. I don't mind ads in front of the videos, everybody does that. But I don't like that if I hit "skip ad", it skips the whole video. So I have to watch a 2m30s ad for a 20s video. Not worth it!
