THINKWARE CONNECTED, our new and improved mobile app offers a wide range of smart features. Now you can truly communicate with your vehicle in real-time seamlessly. Receive impact notifications, play videos (strong impact crash in continuous recording mode, parking impact), view captured image of most recent parking, and monitor your vehicle status and driving history on your mobile.

â– Wi-Fi Connection
Wi-Fi connected service through connection with Wi-Fi has been launched.
In addition to LTE USIM, you can use connected services using Wi-Fi.
The number of monthly provision for each function is the same as for LTE service.
â– REMOTE LIVE VIEW
Remotely view your vehicle in both Continuous Mode and Parking Mode. Click on Live View button on your smartphone app to view a real-time video of your vehicle.
â– REAL-TIME PARKING IMPACT VIDEO
In parking mode, you can immediately detect an impact with the dash cam.
Receive impact notification and play video of impact on your smartphone with Smart Remote feature. Upon user consent, a 20 seconds Full-HD video (10 seconds before and after the incident) is uploaded on the server.
â– REAL-TIME VEHICLE LOCATON
You can check the real-time location of the vehicle in Continuous Mode and Parking Mode.
â– CAPTURED IMAGE OF MOST RECENT PARKING
When your vehicle is parked, check the location of your vehicle and its surroundings. On your smartphone, you can receive a Full-HD image of your front camera including the location of your parked vehicle.
â– VEHICLE STATUS
Monitor your vehicle’s status to check whether your vehicle is parked or operating on the road. Check your vehicle battery voltage and remotely turn off the dash cam when the battery voltage is low.
â– DRIVING HISTORY
View your driving history including data such as date, time, distance, route and driving behavior.
â– REMOTE FIRMWARE DATA UPDATE
Update your dash cam remotely to enhance your dash cam’s features, maintain optimal operation and increase stability. Conveniently upgrade your firmware and speed cam data to the latest version on your smartphone.
â– SEND EMERGENCY MESSAGE
In case of emergency situations, register the contact details of your family, friend or associate. A SOS message will be transmitted to your emergency contact in the event of a strong impact crash or when the driver presses the SOS button on the dash cam to urgently request for help.
â– DOWNLOAD AND SHARE THE EVENT LOCATION AND RECORDED VIDEO
You can download the impact video to your smartphone and share the video with the accident location.
â– Fleet Management Service
You can interwork your dash cam with fleet management service. If you are using multiple dash cams, useful features are supported for efficient vehicle operation management such as current location check, route monitoring, driving behavior analysis and remote live view.
â– New Free & Single plan
We offer one free single rate plan. The service period is 5 years and the maximum number of dash cams that can be registered per account is 30.

- Storage: Used to download impact videos and parking images of your vehicle
- Location: Used to find your location and your parking location, as well as to receive weather information
- Phone: Used to identify your purchase, provide support for your purchased product, and provide emergency contact when you have an accident. Your phone number will be collected, encrypted, and securely stored on our server.
* You can use this service even if you do not allow optional permissions.
* Continuous background use of GPS will drain the battery faster.

Once you get over the registration woes (Reverse engineering the SIM FCCID) the app seems ok. Surely there is a better way to implement the initial registration

Need to update bugs . Sometimes apps disconnect it self. Seems like it's having problems with Android Google phone.

Unfortunately, the app logs out every day (logged via Google), hence no guarantee it will notify you of impacts. Also, very basic functionality compared to its largest rival.

The app doesn't work. I had tech support help me sync my app to the Q1000 but the app doesn't show my driving history. My last parking shows a location somewhere in South Korea.

When trying to view live view remotely it starts to open view but then get a message "closing live view". Been like this for some time. Done all necessary resets but still the same. Problem seems to have happened after firmware update.

So disappointed comings with all the promises of what it can do, but I have yet to see it 2 weeks of back and forth and still no WiFi connection. Thinkware are yet to live up to all there promises.

Live view works 1 out of 10 times, even less. I get a black screen but it charges me anyway. Later edit: after an update the app works every time. Kudos for the development team

Very good with the T700 LTE. Finally an affordable 4G dash cam from a reputable manufacturer. Love this. Can live stream wherever my car is. Needs 2 apps, one for cloud, the other for downloading footage from the SD card and changing the settings but as once that's clear it's all good.

Good app, very impressive. I am able to connect and access the cameras in my car while it is parked. I can see a map of my previous journeys and it also tells me the voltage of my car battery. Can also remotely download video of movement and automatically shut down the cameras.

Takes on average about 10 seconds to connect to live stream. Unfortunately the live stream is about 10 seconds behind. When you get an impact notification, it's very hit or miss if the app will actually download the video when requested. I would estimate from my experience about 1 in 20 attempts to download the impact video is successful. If it doesn't show its working the first time then give up as it just won't work. Shame as I had high expectations of this camera.

Absolute garbage, won't stay connected longer that 20 mins, keeps turning the camera off. Park and 20 mins to an hour get the alert that the camera has been turned off. Brand new truck, OB 2 connection. All recommended settings, not very useful if the camera won't stay on.

I don't know which app is responsible for maintaining wifi connection, whether it is the connected app or Dashcam link app. But inspite that it is set to connect to either of two wifi from the house when parked, it doesn't stay connected to my home wifi. The few times, it remained connected, based on the status light on the dash cam, but the Connected App shows it not connected. Only to two or three occasions,I was able to successfully view a live feed in parking mood.
