As many have noted the constant buffering makes TeeVeeing unusable. Not one of the company responses suggests a solution. Suggesting sending an email to support is not an answer. The problem is clear - constant buffering. I very much enjoyed TV Mucho. I had no buffering issues with their app. My Internet is fibre optic and is super high speed. TeeVeeing have a big problem and will be losing customers, including me. Update: I have cancelled my membership. May reinstate if buffering issue solved

Been very good so far that is until Friday and since then have not been able to access the app. Why don't you let all your subscribers know what is wrong? Do I need to look for an alternative?

Paying annual subscription but all we get is a blank black screen. It's been off now for 24 hours.

App has stopped working on my Google Chrome tv, can only get live tv on my phone, and playback does work at all, the main reason i subscribe is to be able to watch playback, I have sent a few emails but no reply. I have used tvmucho for 4 years and since changing to teeveeing it doesn't work alot of the time and now it doesn't work at all. For €17.99 a month it's not on!!! And emails sent to support are bouncing back to me

Used to be great, but now recordings don't play. Also the website isn't available from Spain as it's been blocked by the police, so I have to use a VPN to see it.

Will not work on any devices all you get is the satellite loading page on all channels. I have tried on tablet,mobile and Humax aura box and this app will not work or load when will this be fixed

Teeveeing has ceased to exist apparently! No TV for the last four days and just getting a black screen. You cannot contact them to report issues as their contact page no longer exists.

Having problems all week connecting to live tv and recordings tried upgrading keeps showing a pop up window warning server error used to be worth the money but now if this is how its gonna be connection issues then ill just not renew my membership

very poor service some days no TV and lots of the time you can not chrome cast. funny thing they blame everyone else for their performance. and they still have the balls to take money from your bank account. very very bad service. 3 weeks i have been waiting for them to fix the problem and I am still waiting. please reach out to our support team well good luck with that 1.

Take your subscription but don't provide the service we pay for. Take app off your app list. Fraudulent app. All channels go down just as the euro games start every day, getting same email back from Teeveeing support looking for my details but I have never got an explanation or apology. This App is a joke, cancelled my subscription today

UPDATE: Since the latest upgrade on 1/5/24 I have experienced many issues including the inability to schedule recordings and having recordings deleted. I have contacted teeveeing support about this but there now seems to be no live support available- just a generic response

Stopped working yesterday and so did the webpage. Never had a problem before. What should I do? / Tried the URL doesn't exist. There is a Mise TV which doesn't recognize me, and smile tv? Google? It has been 9 days without service, you have disappeared. How can I contact the company to cancel subscription? I will even try to get my money back for this month.

Rubbish. This app was fine before it became Teeveeing. This is the second time ive had this experience with Teeveeing App. As TV Mucho, it worked very well and was one of my favourite apps, now, it doesnt work for any of my UK or Ireland channels. A complete waste of money unles your Dutch or German.

The latest updates have improved this service a lot. But, for the last few days, I have been experiencing a lot of buffering and interrupted programs. Tonight is a lot better. It might be my fibre connection which has been affected by undersea cable breaks. Repair is ongoing.

I would normally rate this app higher. However, I am disappointed that it stopped working on my LG device last week. When you try to enter the app, you are met with a black screen, and that's how it stays. I emailed all my information , as requested but of yet, I've had no communication back. As time goes by, maybe I'll need to reduce my 4 star rating

No longer working on phone and TV. Get pop up message saying "Oops! Your screen is located outside the satellite footprint." Pity, because it's been good up until the last day or two. My subscription renewal is due in a few days, but of course I won't be renewing unless this is fixed. Edit.. Support suggested that I activate the VPN option in my profile settings. This did not work. No more pop up but none of the channels open. This on phone and TV.
