I am fairly tech savvy and I do not find this app or program to be very user friendly. It is difficult to find what I would like to study and my "program" that I started within the app is not readily accessible anywhere within the app, it makes ZERO sense.

For the most part the app is great! The only change I wish could get made is for it to show which lessons have been tested out of. If you take a pladement test it doesnt show you which lessons you tested out of.

It's been 17 years since I've been in school. I used this as a refresher, especially for algebra. Used the practice test to see where I needed specific help, studied for a week and aced the PERT (college placement test). Materials in this guide were accurate with the test.

I signed up to see if it was what I needed. They said that it was a free trial. They went ahead and charged my account that day. It wasn't what I was looking for so I sent in a message asking them to cancel my account and since I was still in the free trail period to please give me a refund. They never got back to me so over a month I sent in several other messages saying the same thing. Today I got a notice that they are yet again.

I'm trying to use this app as a homeschooling tool, and so far it isn't nearly as resourceful as it advertised. It is basically a compilation of short videos with quizzes at the end. Where are the worksheets it claims to offer? It's more than double the cost of our other pay-monthly app, and has half the tools. I've found free apps that offer more customization for homeschooling!

They pull a bait'n switch telling you the 1st month is free but charge you $200 for the 1st month anyway. App is not modified from the desktop site so it shows language for features you can't access (ex: submitting assignments), you can't access billing info on the app. If you contact support, they only commit to responding within 2 business days. Most people do this on the weekend so you're basically stuck until the following weekend. I've never felt so scammed. Schools shouldn't be referring.

Overall it has been good. I am grateful for the program and opportunity to further my education. A free degree can't be beat. The only issues I have had are how and in which order some of the lessons are coupled. I have found some grammatical errors in some lessons and on some chapter and final exams. I wish it didn't take so long to get my course grade. 😩

I'm working towards a teaching certification in my state. I was hard pressed to find a good study guide so that I could pass the state test. This app is hands down the best course I could find. It has a dashboard feature to help you stay on track with your goals. The lessons are broken up into digestible parts and most are presented on video by experts. Each lesson is followed by a short quiz. The instructional design is very impressive. It's well worth the money.

This is a really good learning platform. There are occasional typos and grammatical errors though. I wish I could hit "continous play" and listen to the lessons as I exercise, clean, drive, etc. without having to hit "next". Overall, it seems like a much better option than PearsonVue.

For a service you pay for, the app is not that great. I keep having to reselect the audio clips after I leave the app, sometimes the audio stops for an unknown reason and the widget that appears on my home page and lock screens don't work. It's super frustrating. I don't like having to keep logging into my phone to change or deselect where I left off from. It requires me to remember every time which topic and chapter exactly and then I end up listening to the same lesson over.

Great value. Really expensive. Very helpful. But really...I haven't compared it to alternatives, so are there good alternatives that are way cheaper? I don't know. Classes have exciting videos, interactive activities (I think), you can transfer your passing courses transcript to most community college and universities, I think you can watch videos and attempt quizzes instead of any reading, cool fun quizzes to test your understandings, SO MANY subjects and topics. Like a database for learning...

At least for my class, the learning platform is very one dimensional, consisting of a video lesson and a quiz. When I had a question the help I received was very poor: the response did not accurately relate to my question, and now my question status is listed as rejected. That was a frustrating experience. I find this to be very expensive for what it offers.

The app is wonderful. It is nearly identical to the desktop version. However, I would like a a note taking option as I am watching the video to help me retain the information. Thinking I could minimize the app to open the stock Android note app, I'm unable to do so as the keyboard takes up the whole bottom screen so I can't see what I am typing. For a mobile platform, I sincerely hope you adjust your technology to equitably serve us mobile users. Especially if I am paying 59.99 a month.

I love it! I find myself just wanting to do more!! Its currently 11:40pm and im still watching the lesson videos! It's easy, I learn the essentials and the there are different option to do while doing lessons such as, reading the script, listening and taking notes and watching the drawling and pictures they use to visualize what your learning!

I'm a very visual learner so textbooks just don't cut it for me. The videos help me retain the info more efficiently than just reading a textbook. The quizzes reinforce my understanding and shows me what I need to focus on/review. To top it off, I can download videos to watch on the go when I'm in an area without wifi and/or poor cell signal.

Very convenient, easy to use, but very frustrating!!! I'm allowed to retake it 2x, total taken is 3. But on my second time taking it, it doesn't give me the highest score I earned, it only shows my first score. I retake it multiple times after, but the high score is never shown! I check grades and it still gives me the lowest scores. So frustrating!!!

Excellent app! Awesome way to access your course studies on the go! Literally just did a Quiz on my phone! Update: The app sucks. It's not as good as I thought it was. It doesn't even have the same functionality as their mobile website. No ability to save lessons. No ability to increase lesson speed. And it BUFFERS all the time for some reason, compared to the website which never really buffers. In comparison, the mobile site is EXCELLENT. The app is just "okay".

It's great, super helpful and informative. Breaks down complex concepts so that they're easy to understand. A couple things I would change, on the mobile app I couldn't find an option to change the video playback speed. Also, I must say I was pretty pissed off when I found out that to take a test for credit on a completed course the subscription which is already quite expensive especially for me as a student has to be upgraded again. Just some suggestions!

A tutorial of how to use the app would be great. I feel like the navigation and search options should improve. I can't seem to succesfully use their filter to find courses, just the search. I am also stuck in a "sign in" to use loop even though I am signed in. I want to listen to the videos, but I apparently can't do that unless my screen is on. I also don't see a way to download lesson videos, but that's something they advertise as a possibility.

I like the app much better than the desktop version. It's much easier to navigate. My only complaint is the flashcards. They have some vocabulary on there from the lessons, but there were some that were thrown in from a completely different section. It'd like to actually just have the vocabulary from the corresponding lessons. Flash cards help me so much, so I was a little bummed out from this. There's also a bug in the app that doesn't let me view the flashcards. currently trying to fix with IT
