We absolutely adore Riu Monica. From the moment off arrival where we were welcomed with a refreshing drink to the fantastic dining and entertainment ( where "Elvis" sang his best numbers). We had a great time in a great location. Thank you so much.

When you run x amount of hotels but can't build a simple booking app it's almost funny. Doesn't remember what hotel you're in, you have to reselect every time you go back a page, awful UX. Currently broken, every time I try and load a menu or restaurant it diverts me to set up a digital key for my room (which my hotel doesn't support) nor do I want to do this. Consider using some of the €2bn turnover into actually making guests experiences better rather than lining stakeholder pockets.

Go to RIU at least 4 times yearly. Apart from RIU Negril, experience has been exceptional.

Barely functional. Works very slowly (if at all), most of the time it doesn't load at all. Have to constantly log back in to your resort every time you use it. Half the time you click something and nothing happens. Good idea but very poor execution.

I'm so confused by all the positive reviews here. THIS APP SUCKS! Yes, if you feel like struggling, this app will give you some info, but it is clunky and incredibly tedious to use. Pushing the back button exits completely out and prompts you to select a hotel... I paid thousands of dollars to stay at this hotel, I have no interest in seeing what restaurants are at other hotels. (As one example.) The map is completely useless because it won't actually show you where you are.

The app keeps crashing. I'm on Riu wifi at the Riu Hotel Negril Jamaica, but the app won't let me complete any bookings. It just loads and loads, then kicks me out. I have to keep staring over. The lobby staff won't assist. They say I have to use the app to reserve or book anything. Fix the app or fix the wifi.

As someone who is turning 60 and not very experienced with booking on the Internet I found this pretty straightforward to book and would recommend it to anyone off my age and who might struggle with the Internet to login and just book.

This app is not helpful when you're at a resort. there is no information as to where activities are located, and I have yet to be able to view a restaurant's menu in the app. It brings me to a page to activate the ability to use my phone as a room key.

My issue with the broken hotel search screens was resolved but not before I had already checked out. Added a couple stars for responsiveness on the developer's part but we'll see if I use this again in the future

horrendous app to have to use. won't book a riu hotel again, whole process just feels clunky. I'm here with elderly parents and there's no way they'd be able to navigate the poor UI - checked in at reception but have to do it again online? nonsense. can't book different groups together? doesn't work for us. its just not practical.

App is not functional. I'm at the hotel now. The app keeps freezing and locking up, and when I do get it, I have to start over with my birking info every time, even though I'm already at the hotel and checked in. It has very little if any information on much of anything. There is no map of the property anywhere in the app that I can find. I have tried to use the app the request services, but the person who showed up had no idea what we needed and spoke no English so he ended up just leaving.

I figured out how it works now. 3 stars because the reservation is limited for 2 adults and 2 kids only. I have 3 kids, and it makes it impossible to make reservations through the app. Also, it is missing the request changes for room or flight information. If your flight changes, you have no option to send a message through the app. My option is you should have an option for users to enter flight information and able to change.
