4 screens to login with fingerprint. SMS slows to a crawl after 10 words... unusable... fix this ProMax...

I've used multiple crm's and their apps and this is by far the worst. Crashes all the time, texting is terrible and limits characters. Elead and Vin solutions are miles ahead and far more user friendly.

It's okay. Need a few bug fixes in the messaging portion to where it will continue the thread of the email and with the text messages it should show the ones that you haven't future emailed yet and still have communications with.

I am a dealer, this app is a dumpster fire. It sucks to begin with but crashes all the time too on top of that. I have used vinsolutions and dealersocket in past and both were better by miles. Its not even close. Beyond sad my dealership decided to go with this POS. I wish I could leave a lower review than 1 star. This thing causes me pain every single day I work.
