How can I transfer my points from the old app. I had to sign up again sobe it didn't recognize my email

This app was recently changed and updated and made me lose all the rewards points I had saved up.

Make my account from the previous app transfered. Please fix this as well as giving all points back. Staying on the old app until fixed. Still isn't fixed.

Instead of improving and making their app better they made it worse, in almost every possible way. The only improvement is the layout, everything else is worse in every single way.

Always have necessary items in the middle of anytime that we're in need of a craving or anything else that we have forgotten to put on our grocery shopping list? But thank you Plaid Pantry for your hospitality in your awesome customer services. We appreciate our local Plaid Pantry for always coming through for unusual reasons on why we're in their store at any given time not being restricted for our business in going to our community Plaid Pantry. Plaid Pantry is awesome, as long as you don't ask if they return cans during their shift. Or if they will at all over the phone.

They need a lot of work they got some cool workers that work there but they need a lot of work with like customer service skills and you know the pricing is great I love it it's just never seems like everything's self-service and which is fine for a minute mark but I don't know how to describe it really it's just I don't think I receive it kind of seriously

Rather buggy and unreliable - will sometimes freeze or shut down on me randomly. With that being said, I'm giving it four stars because it's still light years ahead of the last plaid pantry app. On top of that, it's easier now to earn reward points and redeeming them is much, much smoother, too.
