Long. After being in Columbus Ohio and taking there buses that run from 5am to 12 midnight it's frustrating that buses don't run late at all

Wish i can see the Lumpkin Road bus. That's the only bus that does not show up on the app.

Sometimes the buses don't show up on the map and are at most times late. Plz fix this.

So glad that this app is available it's amazing how quickly they get to you don't have to worry about the robbers anymore I come out an the bus is coming thank you so much for helping the elderly be safe now

Buses are always later then time says if they run at all it is very unreliable I have never been able to rely on this app

I really enjoy how this app gives me false hope and blatant lies just like a wayward lover. I no longer have to be depressed about being single because this app gives me all the emotional damage of a toxic relationship without having to buy Valentine's gifts. It even promises to be on time only to show up late.

I can't sign when you all was working the app I got sign out and everytime I reset my password it say my email address didn't go through it say contact the agency who the agency so I can reset my password I tried to sign up with another email it says unable to create account at this please fix

Needs to be updated. Absolutely rife with bugs. Sometimes the bus schedule is completely wrong. And the trip planner no longer works.

The app itself is pretty well put together I could use some pointers on this site and the efficiency in correlation with the demographics fits well. Great app. 👍🏽👌🏽😃
