last update is not working, the app keeps crashing within 2 to 3 seconds of clicking on it. please fix this. edit: bug was fixed with the last update, the app is working normally again

i give this app one star because i can't give 0 stars. The app is so trashy, it doesn't log in unless you have internet. How I'm I supposed to get internet if i can't get in!!!! not to mention the freezing on the "daily gifts".

app crashes before even getting to homepage, service keeps getting worse , monthly mobile Data being drained in a matter of a week as if I'm downloading the latest call of duty PC game everyday ! what the hell is wrong with you Ooredoo? you used to be my favorite ISP 😕

very unprofessional from ooredo to stop the app for a long time just to update it, you should get some professional programmers that can do it in a short time. As a an ooredo user I'm so unpleasant to not be able to use the app for a long time.

this app used to work perfectly and it was a life saver, but now with the new update nothing works in it, it doesn't even get inside and it crashes everytime I open it, I don't even know what ADB debugging means, it always says ADB debugging is enabled then it crashes and never gets me inside the app, please fix this issue and remove the ADB debugging thing

What I can say is that this application and company are the best in Algeria so far. The offers are great and the feature of forming offers,as far as I know is something that is not available in other companies. The prices are good and reasonable and the 200 Dinar Offers Great especially the "unlimited for a month" offers. I wish to add a Telegram offer - unlimited for a month -. The gifts are great thank you . Connection is not available in some locations And unstable at night. good job.

Worst app ever. Always it's frozen and not responding, seeing also: "something went wrong. try again later!" 😒. I don't know why you can't fix it otherwise remove it if you can't fix its problems. Still worst app again and again worthless to be called an app that's why I am uninstalling it from my mobile forever.

This app has been broken for over 10 days! It crashes instantly after opening, and even after the latest update, the issue remains. No balance check, no recharge, nothing works. The UI is outdated, slow, and full of bugs. No notifications or clear communication from Ooredoo. For a major telecom brand, this is unacceptable. Fix it properly or many users will switch. We need a stable and functional app, not endless frustration.

it's funny how a 4g app only works with wifi! 99% of the time it doesn't work, I miss the old days when you type a code in your phone and instantly you know how much credit you have. don't download it unless you have wifi. I wish I could give it negative 5 stars!

the app cant manage multiple numbers. if you need to replace a number you better uninstall and install again. the management is terrible. you topup a number just to endup topping the first number that opened the account. they cant even give return your money

This app and this sim card ooredoo is the worst ever every time I charge my account thy steel money of me like 50 cent or 1 dollar they need to recharge my account 3 dollar I can't use it anymore,I wish they fix that problem and stop stilling money and only me who in this problem every one I know in Algeria has it.

As other people are describing, the app crashes an unacceptable amount of times, it requires a wifi connection to acually function, and for some weird unknown reason, it requires developer options to be turned off, otherwise, it won't even launch, let alone crash, you guys need to look after your stuff, these problems aren't that difficult to fix, your unwillingness to listen to feedback is pretty insulting, we're spending hard earned money on your services, I mean come on!
