So, this app has worked great until recently, but recently some of my songs just won't play? Like they'll either skip or pretend like they're playing but not actually play. For example all the songs I got from Amazon Music are not playing.

Ads come up add the app doesn't let you mute the ad. So the stupid ad plays loudly over your music! That's horrible!

Latest update caused all music to sound raspy and like speakers are blown for high-end frequencies. Problem is following multiple different speakers so not an issue with speakers. App version 0.7.66, Galaxy S22 Ultra, SM-S908U. I will send additional info via email.

I thought it'd be a 5 star, I happily use it for a few months. It plays mp3 files. But for some reason, theres a chance for this app to autoplay an ad when you change how you organize the music. Autoplay ads are auto 2 star reviews. A rule you the reader can start using too.

when new files exist on storage, they are not in a player. I did not found aby rescan feature, so it is not that usable for new tracks. Rhey had to apper sone time after, but, come on, this is a time waste.

I've got it playing tracks in a folder but it won't play multiple folders. This is close to worthless in that I have to open each folder to play more. Auto drill down through folders takes about 20 lines of code, I know because I've written business software that does that.

Ads playing over your music, and several times the music plays with tin-can sounding distortion... used to be good, but very problematic now...

Every time I tried to edit tags, it crashes. Doesn't sort tracks for an album using the MP3 track number tag. Useless without that sort feature

Excellent app for listening to music. I love it, and I recommend it to others for listening to music on their device. All I will say is buy the ads off when using this app because it's more pleasant without annoying ads.

Hey I love the app and I've been using it for almost a year but would it be possible to include the track time when scrolling down songs as well the total amount of playlist time, I think that would be a great feature

I have had this app for a couple of weeks and most of my library has no audio even though it shows the track is playing. I discovered that the app is scanning (very slowly!) every track and none will play until they are scanned. At this rate it will be next year before all my tracks are scanned and be able to be played.

tried and uninstalled within a few days mainly because there was a "notification" type player ALWAYS listed on my phone, even when i stopped the song AND exited OUT of the app. very sick of these players pushing themselves to the front like that. also couldn't find a "sort by" order in the folders tab, so i could sort by "date last added" and not have everything just alphabetical all the time. very important, as i'm a musician making songs, needing the "last added" folder available up top

So far, not a fan, but with so many good reviews, I feel like I need to try longer than 2 days. It will suddenly stop playing multiple times a day (the sound stops, but the progress bar resumes). Organizing playlists is way more complicated than my other player (which has a bunch of popup ads, which is why I am trying to switch).

this app is incredibly buggy. it will crash or stop playing music randomly until you close it completely and relaunch. in addition the interface could use some work, such as making playlists. when adding songs you can only either do it one at a time or by picking multiple from a list that will ONLY sort by song title alphabetically. and then once your playlist is created you can only sort the songs manually, which is a daunting task if you have a big playlist.

It's a functional media player riddled with ads. If you look at it the wrong way it interrupts whatever you're playing with an ad. I used this mostly for playing a masking noise at night while I have been dealing with tinnitus. If I unlock the phone while this is active, or if I accidentally switch back to it, it plays an ad, which is particularly annoying at night. I'm so tired of ads being shoehorned into every moment of our lives. I got VLC to work again, so I don't need this anymore.
