I played all the way through and really enjoyed the game until I downloaded the latest update thinking it would produce new rooms to redecorate only to load the game and see a random picture take over the screen and suddenly be back at level 12 when I was nearing level 16 prior to the update and everything appears to be glitching and there is no way to play the game. Fix this asap and I'll consider continuing to play the game.

Really like it. Love the rooms. Just a Big Problem: unlocked a new room and did one or two things then, all of a sudden, it sets me back to the previous room I just finished, locked the new room again, and the tasks I have are for the new room not the finished one I was set back to, so I am literally suck. Would love to give higher stars, but no response from support and I don't dare uninstall/reinstall because you can't link your progress to anything and I don't want to risk losing my progress.

I love this game. However, I had to uninstall and reinstall it after the update because it wouldn't load. Thankfully it saved my progress, or so I thought! The progress that was saved was at a level well below where I actually was before the update. It updated again this morning, and guess what? I had to uninstall it again! This time, it won't load even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. 😡 The developers or whoever needs to fix this!! Until then, I'd give it zero stars if I could.

good concept with 2 major issues: 1. for several days now I've been grinding to create a single item. I use up maybe 6 energy every time i open the app (~5 daily). There is nothing else to do. No other tasks. 2. once the event is over the aqua star points warned do not carry over. despite spending several 100s energy on the event, still can't afford any items. The points then reset to 0 when same event restarts. Won't try that event again as it yields absolutely nothing.

It was a really really good game. I love merging games but sometimes I find it difficult because I don't know what makes what. But in this game they give a detailed explanation by providing the "How to get" button, and it will show you where you could get it and what would be the result if you merge things. Plus they give a lot of rewards which I love the most hihihi! More power to the creators!

I have noticed for the last little while that when you have merged your stars to 4 and collect them, the bar barely moves! And also, often when I have merged all my jems and tap to collect my amount doesn't go up! Its like they disappear. Its super annoying. Is there a tip I am missing like not collecting while having a certain amount of jems already collected???? However, I do like that it helps you along by allowing you to watch ad to gain items, its helpful.

I think the game is quite fun and good but through the game it sometimes can take ages to complete tasks. Otherwise a good game. I also am a bit annoyed that I have been trying to get a crowbar and it has taken me 8-9 days to get one. I don't like the fact that it takes too much energy to get one item! It took me three months to decorate an artist studio!! Also too many adverts! And the adverts are too frequent and come up in the middle of game play!!!!

Love the game, so far the best merge game I've ever played. Love the graphics, story line, and no ads too, yeayyy. But... for the past few months I found difficulties twice. I cannot log in into the game, it just said connecting to server but after waiting for a long time still not connected. I must uninstall then reinstall it so I can log in again. Can you fix this error please? Thanx for all the hard work

I'm reinstalling just to let you know, I want to play the game but don't want to keep restarting when I need to get a new phone. Would love if the game progress can be saved through signing in through Facebook and or Google. Please fix the issue so I can play again, been over a year since I last played.

Can't play on multiple devices. I've downloaded it on my tablet but it doesn't show where I can "recover" my data! I've spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME on this game to not be able to play across devices. Meaning that I will LOSE ALL my progress if my device breaks or has to be upgraded. 👎🏾

Edit: I really wish you would change up our events. Same event every time and you never get enough stars to actually buy anything because it's so expensive. Also, I enjoy playing this game however it takes forever to complete a room because you give us requirements to merge some items that are like level 20. I have been working on the same piece of furniture for over a month and a half now and I play several times a day. I would give it five stars if it wasn't so painful to finish.

Excellent game. Great update. I really like the changes to the menu and items. It really shows the items in a new light. The new textures are amazing. (And they patched the infinite gem glitch where you leave game open and turn off device and collect negative number gems from items that you speed up with gems, so when it is left open, you can collect one gem every minute (×number of items×minutes))

Fun concept, has potential to be a great game. But the wait times are insanely long and cost way too many gems to upgrade (gems are very hard to come by). So you have to wait an insanely long time to get items, then you only get 4-6 taps and have to wait a couple more hours for only 4 taps. Ridiculous.

Finally uninstalled! Easy to level up which means absolutely nothing, but to get through the rooms are near impossible. I had so many energies that they took up my board and inventory. You can play a few minutes each game if that's what you want, but I want something I can play for a half hour each time. Daily tasks are good, but they ask for the same items as your orders. Takes months to get through one room! Fun at first, boring the rest of time. Yawn

I like love this game! But ever since the Christmas event was over (about 2 or 3 days after) I haven't been able to get back into the game. I'm also not liking how long certain tasks take & the rewards aren't very good for all the work that has to be put in. I would uninstall and reinstall but I don't want to loose any of my progress!

The characters and story is cute and the decorating is fun, but the source items run out of stuff and have to recharge /extremely/ quickly, even at higher merge tiers. It's very frustrating and makes the game all the more difficult to play for no reason, killing the chill vibe. Also there's a table in the Portuguese kitchen that's too short for the decor later put atop it so it doesn't line up.

Too long, too little. Playing the first level, the waiting period lined up well with the energy you have and the items you received. However, after reaching the next level, I now see what the reviews meant. I only aimed for items I needed, only using up about 20 out of 100 energy before I would need to wait. And it would repeat. It's a nice merge game, but I would not recommend playing this game if you wished to pass the time.

I'm a huge fan of merge games & absolutely love this one! The design options are great, graphics are amazing, the board is huge & you can work on multiple tasks at the same time. Energy isn't horrible like in most either. So why 2 stars? The spots where you get items (toolbox, furniture magazine, plumbing, sewing etc..) are HORRIBLE. You only get a small amount of items before it has to recharge & the time it takes is so SLOW. You really only get to play for 5 to 10 minutes a few times a day.

It started out fun, then I notice it cheats here and there. Very annoying! I've been having issues on and off for weeks recently. Contacted techs several times, certain solutions didn't seem feasible. I didn't want to lose my progress by uninstalling and reinstalling. The other day it was going slow and freezing, not giving me certain achievements, so I restarted my phone. Now I can't get back into the game. It's been CONNECTING TO SERVERS for two days. Contacted techs again several times. NADA
