Since the last update, game has been freezing up and closing without warning and I have lost stars as a result. The only option to fix this was to delete the game and reinstall and now I've lost all of my progress. The game was fun, but not worth starting over again when I was well over level 100. Very disappointing. I've sent an email to see if this can be rectified. And the response to my email was to just close out the request and do nothing. Very poor customer service.

Just started playing, but it seems like most of the other games. I want to renovate not spend all my time playing a match 3 game to earn stars to take a ride on a boat or talk on the phone. Then the games get so hard you have trouble winning them. I haven't played that long but if stuff starts costing more than one star, I will delete the app. I just want to find a renovation game where I actually get to renovate and not spend all my time playing other games to earn stars.

The game is fun but you need to give more lives. They run out too soon. Some of the match 3 are extremely difficult. Know it's supposed to be challenging but when you lose all your lives on 1 puzzle it's so frustrating that you don't want to play anymore. I still can't find the darn roosters. Need more animals and fun things to do on the beach. Other wise it's great.

1st off game is extremely slow to open it constantly pauses & crashes going to a black screen then after level 55 it's practically impossible to beat without boosters or spending extra coins for 5 moves! I've spent all day trying to get past 1 level & without beating normal levels you can't get the flowers to work on more levels to build special decorations that have a time limit to get very sad thought this maybe fun but it's just frustrating 😡😡😡 uninstalling!

Really like the game! But during this Halloween Event, it keeps glitching. As soon as I start the Halloween bonus level, it shuts off! I can play the regular level just fine though! I have tons of Pumpkins saved up to play the Halloween levels and I can't!!! I even uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times! Still not working!

I love playing match games... I changed my five stars to two.. Man it gets frustrating spending stars just to talk and we can not pick nice decorations like other games!!!! Then if I pick a design by mistake I did not want and want to change it you charge 300 stars not cool. It is bad enough when need the stars if we get stuck to pass a level but to pay for stars to change a decoration forget .I was enjoying it but I,am going to delete it and why don't you have chest where we can when boosters ?

I play many of the Story line/Match 3 Games and this one is So-So. The choices on some buildings are just 3 different colors. Really boring. The difficulty ramps up very quickly. Stuck on boards in the early 30s when I'm usually good through the 100s. The coin payout per win is 30 + moves compared to 50 + wins but playing on or refilling lives is still 900. Mostly, I really dislike when a game doesn't match the Ad that makes me click on it!

I started out really enjoying the game. I don't understand why the developers didn't make game where you can move the rockets, dynamite etc. up or down the rows, or even double tap to activate them. It's aggravating to have to try to match 3 of same to get it to a activate. I'm going to delete the game and hope they come to their senses and do something about improving the game and rewards.

It never said you have to do puzzles when playing the game. You have to finish puzzle just to earn 1 star when it takes 2 to 3 stars to even build or talk to someone. The story line is very interesting but the puzzle to continue is harder and harder. I would not recommend this game to anyone else. Another when you choose a building to be built it chooses totally different one that you didn't choose, I had to spend the coins to choose what I wanted. I will never recommend this game.

I love these match 3 games and I play many of them, I was looking forward to playing this new one but, am disappionted with the tiny amount of coins you are rewarded, and if you need an extra move or 2 it costs 900 coins for 5 moves. You only get about 30 to 40 for winning each level. I am enjoying the game , I just feel they are a bit stingy with their rewards! I may uninstall and comeback later to see if there are any improvements. I didn't get 300 coins for my feedback. So don't bother.

I think this game is great, but why do i find myself replaying levels I have already won? I've earned stars and moved forward in the game, only to find out the next time I log onto it (few hours later), I am back 2-3 levels, sometimes more. I am at level 2794 now, it happened at level 2787. It has happened a few times, now it's just getting irretating.

I'd give this game 5 stars except for one major detail. The bombs and rockets are useless unless you can immediately color match them. I just lost a round because the rocket which could have cleared the board was the wrong color for the surrounding blocks and even with 6 tries left it was fruitless--the rocket could not be used. This is most discouraging. Would it be possible to fix this problem?

Update: the response to my issue was so quick and helpful I was astonished! If only all customer service were so outstanding we would all be spared thousands of hours of frustration! I am back to enjoying the game. Thank you! I was enjoying the game until it froze. I have uninstalled it 5 times, rebooted my phone each time and reinstalled the game only to have it go to the same frozen location. I was enjoying the story and now I can't find out what happens. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I have just started playing but really enjoy the game. I do agree with others that the pay out at the end of a level could be more considering how expensive extra moves and additional boosters are. I like not having to watch ads but would be willing to if it was a chance to earn coins or boosters. I also agree about being able to detonate the bomb boosters without having to match the color. With that being said, I still highly recommend this game. It's fun!!

I would give this game 5 stars, the graphics are great amd the storyline is great. But the amount of stars required to talk is ridiculous. It cost as many stars for speaking a few words as it does for replacing buildings. This needs attention because it forces your hand to either purchase or wait forever to actually finish a puzzle. Yes I have spend real monies for this but not anymore. If something isn't changed I guess I'm going to delete the game. Please fix this.

Cute concept that is why I gave it 3 stars. But I'm unstalling it bc the games are getting rediculous. It's frustrating when you have to repeat a game or play it for a while just for 1 task. And now they want you to play twice for one little task. Also not being able to use a rocket in less all the colors are lined up is also tedious. Pulling out!

This is another new great game by G5 Entertainment, which does only match 3 puzzles. Usually these types of games increase in difficulty to fast to be fun for looking, but that is not the case with this game. I only found 2 issues with the game. First, the cost to buy another life with coins acquired in the game, is way too expensive. And second, the "skip" button does not have sufficient contrast for users with visual impairments. Aside from these, I did not find any issues with game play.
