The cast to TV option is not working for chromecast. Customer support has not responded to any of the issues. Contents are reasonable.

the player is horrible, even the controls(pause, next, prev) stays visible while playing videos, these are basic features, as many bengali movies are old, no feature present to decrease sharpness, etc

No collection of movies , movie like Byomkesh series is not there , no Feluda , but u r charging money 🤑 , without collection no one will pay any charge , make ur collection in bulk then only u charge don't make fool to us , we r not there to only watch old movies , we also want new Bengali movies , webseries also . Kindly add Byomkesh, Feluda and all new movies of Tollywood also so that we can pay the subscription and see the movies with enjoyment.

Subscribed one year plan. The APP is just not openning. After a minute or two the interface starting. Not being able to see even a single movie. Waste of money. Thought to have NETFLIX kind of experience - but this is just an waste of money.

I simply loved the app, specially the kids section. It has amazing contents and is very easy to use. It is far better than other entertainment apps and websites.The kids section is full of cartoons that one won't stop binge watching.I definitely recommend Klikk to other users.

KLIKK is a perfect option if you love Bengali movies series , especially classical movies.Perfectly happy with this subscription service.The quality of the picture and the organized category representing different genres are worth mentioning as it helps the subscriber to scroll through the content easily and find out what they would like to watch..Fully liked it .

Update: Please avoid senselessly using foul language. "Foul language" is NOT the key to successful Program, but Content Quality is needed. I don't want to name the Klikk Originals series but it was a pathetic experience, immediately dropped the plan of subscribing for the time being. The two stars are ONLY for the watchable "Baba Adam" zamana movies. Can we have a collection of Movies etc. From Bangladesh as well. That way this can be a complete Bangla Entertainment App.

Easy to browse through fresh new content with a wide array of choices ranging from Web series, intriguing audio stories, songs, music videos and even a wide collection of wonderful kids content. Subscribed. Cannot find any option to activate TV from either mobile browser or mobile app. There is nothing like "klikk.tv/activate". No telephonic support. Email support available within 24 to 48 hours. Appalling and disgusting Review after 3 days... Customer support responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue. 4 stars are because I had to revert to customer support.

Extremely poor support system. I subscribed this for my visiting parents from India so that they can watch contents on tv through chromecast. But none of the videos can be casted. Even reinstalled the app several times!! Support says they will respond within 24-48 hrs but its been a week with no answer to my mail at all.

I have just downloaded this application, and make payment for subscriptions, two times money deducted from my account, and also two times auto payment got established, but when I tried to play movies, it's showing that I haven't any subscription, I mailed that issue with thr customer support team, but didn't get any response . So be careful before make any payment

Content is good. But the app is not!! I want to draw the attention of the developer that when I am pausing a movie/video after some time when I again try to play that, It starts from the beginning, not from when it was stopped. Please solve this problem asap!!

App is not working on TV. No help from customer care. Don't subscribe if you want to watch in TV. Update ater 2 months - Never ever try to subscribe it. Beter go to Hoichoi. Klikk does not for TV watching. They don't bother you. Simply they are cheating with customers. Library is also worst. They just added some third class series or movie in inferior quality.

I wholeheartedly love the application as it gives me an endless series of nostalgia which cannot be elucidated in words or sentences. Whenever we watch the movies,we automatically get the same level of excitement just like how we watched those in our golden days back in 1960s,1970s,1980s and so on. So I have to thank you for making such a beautiful application. Much Love. 😊🎉❤️

The app on the Android TV needs improvements. When a video is being played, the player's buttons stay on the foreground forever obstructing the view. Please fix this soon. Thanks.

I checked out the contents of this app. They seems to be truly very interesting. Then I installed the app and signed up , and I was ready to have one year subscription. But its buffering all the time. Shows are not loading after many trial. I checked it in other faster network,but its same. This app needed to be developed properly. If this issue is resolved I think it will be more popular than Hoichoi. Please fix the problem.

I have subscribed to klikk but I can't watch any of the series or movie or anything neither can I cast it on my television please help me with these problems .I have paid but I am not getting any facilities.

I just subscribe klikk and after that I am not able to add any mobile number or email in my account and now it's logged out automatically. Now I am not able to login with my fb id and the support time doesn't even give reply to my email. Very bad service. Don't waste your money in this pathetic app
