I've tried other Kegel training apps and this is the best so far. It provides clear instructions and a variety exercises in different speeds. You can feel your pelvic floor is actually getting stronger with each workout. I love iiitt!

The advertisements got so obnoxious You couldn't get rid of them You couldn't get to the end of the program to say that it was easy and then they would make it more difficult. It got to the point where I didn't want to use it anymore I understand watching advertisement but this was out of hand.

Great little app totally helps strengthen the pelvic area. Don't take to long either. If your gonna do it start right away to get it into ur routines everyday. Im not that old I need it but totally be great for later on in life 5 stars ***** plus I jst use the free version it's great. .

I love the app. It is easy to use and really helps strengthen pelvic floor muscles because the program is consistent and builds on each day. It also gives the option of rating your session which will make the next session easier or more difficult. There is nothing I would change. I even love the look and feel of the app.

This app is amazing in every way. I have a very hard time being consistent with anything for more then a few days I tend to get bored. The way this is set up helps keep me motivated. I have been using this almost daily for over a month. I started feeling a difference within days, I didn't mention anything to my husband, I wanted to know if he would notice a difference. Less then a week using this app, it was obvious without him saying a word that im not the only one reaping the benefits.

This is an amazing app, I really love it, my pc muscles are getting stronger with each exercise but the paid version is not available for Nigerians which makes the free version stocked at week 2 of the exercise, please fix the payment option for Africa, if possible include crypto payments option.

It was ok until I wanted to change my workout plan (once per day vs twice per day), and could not find how to do so. I could not find an FAQ section, either (was hoping to find the answer to my issue there). This made me feel very frustrated.

The app is good, but I found the workouts to be too long after a while. I read on Harvard's health website that you only need to be doing 30 to 40 reps a day. Towards the end, the app has you doing 80 to 100 or more. It started to feel like my pelvic floor muscles were being horribly overworked, making them not useful.

Wow an app where you can find all kinds of exercises including stretching. Using kegel exercises, it's easy to start basic exercises with just 3minutes. Would have been great if there was a 1-2 day free trial, but The subscription is one-time low fees as less as 4$. Worth the money

There is no position that it shows to you how to set or stand doing the kegel exercise especially in tense and relax.

love this app and I highly recommend to others people regardless of your situation or your fitness level. Honestly, I really enjoy it and look forward to the exercises. I look forward to seeing hoe far I can go in improving my pelvic floor muscles and to what degree that improves different aspects of my life. I tried a couple other kegel exercise apps before finding this one and this one is by far the best by a long shot!

Very intuitive, aesthetically pleasant, clear and motivating interface, good purpose. Yes, there are advertisements. UPDATE: I purchased lifetime access, mostly hoping to get benefit of the additional workouts and lacks of ads. Unfortunately, the additional exercises, like back stretches, are not described in text at all, there are only pictures. Please add detailed descriptions of the posture as you did for the Kegel exercises!

The free version is great so far. I love the breathing cues, as well as the count downs and the way the sequences are varied on a daily basis. Being able to rate each workout as hard, great, or easy allows you to progress at a rate that's appropriate for you. For example, if you rate a workout as "hard", it makes your next one easier. If I see improvement after 4 weeks, I am going to buy the full app.

Content feels too basic and lacks interactivity. The exercises could use more structure and guidance to stay engaging and effective. Not finding enough value for the price, so cancelling the subscription. Hope future updates bring more depth.

not gonna lie I'm just desperate so that I can do a great performance in bed within 30 days tho honestly so if it actually working out then honestly I'll be thanking you a 100% for this anyways can't wait for day 3 I guess oh and don't mind me giving you 5 stars because I have been reading alot of feedbacks and all of it is positive so I trust this one and I like how it can change the mode from easy to hard if it's too easy for us I mean who doesn't love a nice challenge now eh anyways bye

I am seriously loving this app! Its way better than all the other kegel apps out there, by far! Without charging you a penny, this app gives you a new trainging session every single day for an entire 16-week-long program! You get to pick how many times a day you want to practice and if you want to set a reminder so you don't forget. It even has a few different stretching rountines you can do too! Its an awesome app and I'm def gonna be using it for a while!!
