Well, you've got me stumped there. I've got two problems with this game: 1. It's timed 2. Unable to explore - I'd rather have the ability to work on a puzzle without worrying about the amount of time I've spent into working on it. - In any type of game that I play, time is irrelevant. - I also like having the ability to explore what puzzles I want work on. A lot of the jigsaw puzzle games allow me to do that. - I'm after an aurora theme puzzle.

I'd give this 5 stars but I've 2 reasons why it's not 5 ... 1 the border of the puzzle needs to be able to slot so it doesn't move can be frustrating with the whole puzzle moving when trying to place pieces 2 I need the puzzles large due to bad eyes I've done medium and with large pieces you get less exp! Feel like it's punishing for being blind! Other than that a very good game and one I'm defo addicted to.

Amazing puzzle game. Only downside is the cost of puzzles. You only get 10 free coins a day and the lowest cost is €6 for extra. Whilst the cost of puzzles goes from 280 to 2000. If you could get more free puzzles or ads for extra coins or any other way to be able to play more I'd give it 5 stars. For now it's really frustrating that I play for a day or two then have to wait a week to get more. What's more if there were different types of competitions seeing as only a select few can ever win.

Be careful....they are fast to take your money but do not address problems. They have had a problem with their game keeping accurate totals of coins and levels. It will add extra points to your total and will not honor the total. They say it is a programing error but they don’t correct it. They say they are working on it but it has already been over 2 years now, very frustrating! JUST FIX IT ALREADY, YOU KNOW THE PROBLEM!

My favorite jigsaw puzzle game, and I've played a lot of them! If there was one thing I would change it would be to have the option of freezing the pieces into position when they're correctly placed. It's too easy to accidentally move the entire puzzle around on the board when selecting loose pieces during assembly.

Pretty, but mostly typical. Edges have no variety. No view picture, but does have silloutte. Pieces can be snapped together out of place, but doesn't snap pieces into place. Intersting side-board feature. Zooming uses 2 fingers not as finiky as other jigsaw games. The polished look and sideboard gets it 3 stars, but not good enough to play.

This still needs more work, but I am enjoying the puzzles. The issues are when you are dragging the view at a close view, it gets jerky like its fighting me. Gets annoying at times. Otherwise I would give this 5 stars. Update I have posted my problem on here as well as in the app. I have heard nothing. I am not going to spend anymore money on purchases until this is fixed. It's sad too because I really do enjoy doing the puzzles. March 30th: Sent a email to below address and have heard nothing.

Downloaded this app in 2013 & loved putting the puzzles together. Later purchased a 2nd group of puzzles & those were great too. Recently bought a new group & when downloaded all the previous puzzles were gone. When tried to download previous puzzles got message nothing to download plus there was no way to exit the app. I just deleted the app. Decided to try again & only got the original puzzles, the ones I purchased are gone-nothing to restore. Still NO WAY TO EXIT the app. Think I'm done.

Need stylus to play on phone, it often stops holding the piece and instantly chooses something else to move, it's too fickle with touch and sometimes tries to grab more than one piece/area. Competitions are my main issue. There's no way people are solving these in under 10 mins without cheating, almost 100k people play and only the first three cheaters get anything? Ridiculous! Furthermore it takes too long to accumulate free coins to even purchase the cheapest of puzzles within a month. Nope!

I love putting together puzzles. My chief complaint is that there is no way to lock the puzzle into place. Once I have the frame built I absolutely HATE when I want to move to a certain section of the puzzle and the whole puzzle moves with my finger. Is it really that much harder to add a lock into place feature? That's what would get you your fifth star ⭐

Pros: amazing app, well made, loads of customisation options (ie piece size and shape), tons of puzzles Cons: ads every 15-20 mins (which is perfectly reasonable), the cost of getting new puzzles is a paid currency — you get 10 free per day, and if you watch 2-3 long ads, you can get an additional 5. Each puzzle you complete used to get 10, which was enough to get new puzzles every now and again, but now it's only 4. Cheapest set is 10 for 75 & there's only 2 of them. Most are 250 500 or 1,000.

I've only completed 1 puzzle so far, but I already noticed something important missing from your game.... the ability to separate the edged pieces with the click of a button. Separating the pieces is always the worst part of doing a jigsaw puzzle for me. So, if it can be done with 1 click, I can get to enjoying myself that much faster.

PLEASE!!!. . .Add puzzle lock-down feature!! Its infuriating to be looking around the screen for pieces and accidently move entire puzzle! This is the only puzzle app I have downloaded that does this, so for that reason only, I play the others much more frequently. And changing the setting from one finger to two to move around the screen does not fix the problem! Please, no generic, automated response. Either tell me you are going to add that feature, or tell me you're not. Simple as that.

A nice puzzle game, but the pieces need to snap to the grid. I frequently move the work-in-progress puzzle and it is very annoying. Especially once you have the border completed, the WIP puzzle should not move. The puzzle packs are too expensive and it is nice that you can change the size and shape of the puzzle pieces. But, really, allow the puzzle to snap-to-grid and it gets 5 stars.

This game is really fun and really just feels like you have a puzzle table. The only issue I have is that we cant change the set up for buttons on the right side of the screen so when I get busy I have to go into settings to pause the game or close the app. I also like that it's ad free (well, yall advertise buying coins but that's completely fine imo). What i don't particularly like is that Is that after you run out of coins it's hard to get more to do more puzzles without buying them.

Terribly frustrating to play because pieces only "click" into place when joining with each other. When you place a piece over the guide where you can see it belongs, but you haven't placed the adjoining pieces yet, it doesn't "click" into place, and is still free floating. I also don't understand why the part of the puzzle you have assembled moves separately from the guide. I've never played a jigsaw game with these two features, and it is annoying, which takes the pleasure out of it.

A bold move from the creators of this app to have a ton of unskippable ads and yet to charge for the puzzles. The ads are also often loud and for games that are complete scams. Nothing like trying to unwind with a digital jigsaw puzzle and being interrupted with a countdown telling you that you're about to get an ad in the next 3 seconds. The game's controls are finicky and moving around doesn't work the way it should. I have even more I could say but there's a character limit. Oh well.
