I just got a new phone. My Jewels of Rome and Jewels of Egypt transferred perfectly. My Jewels of the Wild West did not transfer my sustantial progress and levels. I can only access my game from.the beginning. Please advise how to restore my game...to appropriate level.

Played jewels of the wild west. Great game. Not mind numbing like the pokies online games. Don't get me wrong. Like pokies. But find online pokies is boring, after a while. Where I get disappointed when run out of funds on the jewel games. ( ie: Rome, Egypt and Wild West)

I have not been able to play this game for 3 days now. When I select play game it starts to load then suddenly closes. Very frustrating especially since I had purchases in the game. Now might loose that money. Not happy. Before this I loved the game and played it daily.

I will be leaving the game soon so decided to add one more final review. For people who like this type of game, it is one of the best. Even now though, it has a lot of problems with updates. (I still can't load the current one!!) I just can't get any enjoyment or sense of accomplishment out of any aspect of the game.

Marketplace & Royce House are the worst levels/screens to complete!! Add more incentives or 'time' to complete these!! It's almost impossible to do!

Terrible game and worse yet, they force you into giving them your email address in order to sell it off to others. No thanks! Bad business practice. Be Aware All.

I lovethis game. I have come to understand that there is an algorithm being used because I've won levels I never should have. The only thing I'd suggest is to make tool purchasable with in game coins, like the dice you can buy for 45,000 coins. Make all of the tools purchasable with coins please, I can't spend real money on a game.

Really disappointed. Got the game to earn some gems in Hidden City. What a ripoff. Not only did I not get my gems, I'm played!Can't progress without spending a fortune on crystals to get boosters and helps. What should have been a fun matching/building game is just another way to get stupid people (like me) to spend real cash on games. If there was a way to EARN the crystals within the game that would be one thing. 1 crystal per level? A perfect example of an addicting game - not in a good way.

Fun game play. Intriguing characters and storylines draw you into the wild west. Great boosters. Lots of fun all around. Why I don't give it 5 stars is because you eventually have to combine certain collections for a fee and are expected to buy the resources while certain collections combining are free. They should be free. Should not be a fee attached to combine certain collections in order to progress the storylines or events.Don't mind purchasing boosters and coins from time to time.

I really like this game, story line, etc. I especially like arresting bandits as that doesn't require energy just finding posters which seems easy enough. EDIT 2022-Oct-22 After learning how to play it better I've changed my rating from 3 to 5. Like other games with hints be careful as it can steer you wrong sometimes but it also can help find items also. And watch your remaining moves carefully! G5e's games can also be played on their website which is great option.

I like the game very much. No problems so far. The graphics are decent but one thing I don't like is in some of the matches their are not enough moves to ever beat it. Not even with all the helps. And I can not afford to pay to play. How about giving some extra helps maybe by watching an ad or for arresting a bad guy. I'm sure you can think of something. Good game though.

Okay, after one month...its addicting but the levels are mix matched..while one will be extremely easy the next will be super hard and then you get stuck..before you know it you cannot get past any of the locations without purchasing gems. You cannot combine any of the collections without the pieces of other location's. It is supremely frustrating, especially after an hour of gameplay and you have only beat one puzzle so you quit and play something else.

At first the game is easy. Then it gets stupid ridiculous (just like Jewels of Rome.) Hard on every level to the point that unless you spend real money, you'll be going nowhere. I'd rather see a few ads for a chance to add moves or bonus items to help beat the levels. Because the goals they set are almost impossible to achieve.

Just downloaded after pondering about whether to play this game or not. So far, this game is awesome. Love the music, the graphics are great, considering the limited space. A western feud might be a great scenario, as the wild west had a lot of them. A duel, a murder to steal land, a bank robbery, and a love story, a stage coach delivery of gold, mixed in the plot, would be awesome! Great job on this game.

The longer you play the less progress you make in the story line. I can now only pass one level at a time after at least 10 tries per attempt making each level not only hard bit virtually impossible. I was just now only able to beat one level with almost 300 energy. That is not a good game. A good one will give you a reasonable ability to beat levels. Thank you for responding bit o do that at the beginning of game play. Yesterday I had 296 energy after collecting and only able to beat 1 level.

I have played several times daily for two months, however I have been stuck on level 27 playing the same puzzle for two weeks. It is not possible to clear this level in 20 moves. I'm over the level and the game. I get that the difficulty level goes up with the levels and that's fine but when you make it impossible to pass a level it's ridiculous. Deleting and moving on which is a shame because I enjoyed playing.

👎Color specific boosters - reeeeaaallly? They do not help at all unless you get lucky. Why make it specific? As the game progresses it becomes quite clear that you will get stuck on a level and need boosters or you'll never pass it. That's total BS! Maybe other ppl like it but I know from reading many reviews that MANY agree with me. Why? Because as you lose a level over and over and over you can see all the boosters UNUSED because the damn colors don't line up... 🤬

G5 games always starts out fun, but as you play that definitely changes. The higher you progress, the more energies it take per level and the less moves you have to win. Your boosters quickly fade away, because of using them to win difficult levels. Also, their games affects my eyes really quick. My vision becomes very blurred and it takes a while to get back adjusted. Thought it was me, until I played some other games and didn't have this issue. Uninstalled...

These games feature smooth gameplay and great music. I cant fault you for offering a variety of themes (this one is western themed) but basically there is a match 3 game and a mahjong game and they all play the same way. You can switch up a little bit but still get your fix of your fav style of game. For this reason my biggest complaint is being forced to watch the whole tutorial after playing these games before. I think its safe to at least offer the option of skipping all the tutorials.

I love this game. My issues are not enough moves for the board, or have too many obstructions to where it's almost impossible to clear the board. It's taken me 10+ times to clear the board or I win the board and have to play multiple times at to get the object. It's frustrating. When I play a game I like a challenge, but guys you make it very difficult and it's frustrating. I'm about to delete the game again. It's that same way with Rome and Egypt too.
