I'm having a lot of trouble with thiis app.Consistently freezes up every time I've used it. I forget about it and then there will be something I want to see and part way, it freezes up again! Fix the problem please. April 4,2020. I deleted the cache and data and it seems to have fixed the problem so far. Thanks guys, cuz I really like a lot of shows on this app. 😘. 👍

This is supposed to be the "GO" app. As in watching on the "GO". But instead of watching the show I want to watch on the Go, I am watching 4 minutes of commercials. NOBODY WANTS TO WATCH THE SAME AMOUNT OF COMMERCIALS ON THEIR PHONE AS THEY DO ON TV! In fact every time a commercial comes on I usually just stop watching altogether because I don't want to listen/watch 3-5 minutes of commercials on my phone. ESPECIALLY when we can't minimize the screen like other streaming apps!

I fully expected to encounter advertisements when I downloaded this app. My problem is that during one "commercial break" I'll get one ad playing over and over and over until the show comes back. And this isn't just one break, this is multiple commercial breaks. I'm so sick of seeing one particular Nissan commercial I actually close the app and move on to anything else.

Love the app hate the ads. Seems pretty bent to make you watch a certain amount, even if it means repeating the same ad 4 times in a row. Ads are very repetitive and irrelevant. Also. Very frequent, and unskipable. I dont want to keep seeing the same stuff over and over. Im not interested in prescription drugs which are the most frewuent ads. But amazing shows oer usual. Please cut down to one or two ads. If we cant skep after some time please cut down the amount. Thanks for great shows though.

Love the app, love the shows. i just don't like that there is like 3 mins of ADS i mean yes i get it the app and some shows are free but can it be spread out 😣😵 aside from that everything is COOL ** UPDATE**....after using this app several weeks it has a lot of glitches..you can't continuously play episodes, if you cast it just times out or idk what it is but i will not connect sometimes and it stops at the end of each episode, also if you click a program it only shows one specific episode

I been using this app for couple of years now...but for some odd reason in the last month..maybe lil longer....it keeps stopping or wont open. Right now it wont open and this has been going on since last night. I have tried everything. I love this channel but they really need to start working on getting there app up and running like it once did. For now Im just going to leave uninstalled.... extremely disappointed

I love this therefore I got this as free to watch the programs now since the update, seeing lot of shows being locked and cant watch much of it...some shows in seasons have one or 2 episodes unlocked. But does not make any sense. And now recently update, in getting ads like games ADS after commericals... I dont mind commercials but the ADS? Please remove that... commericals is good enuff. If this continues on..I am removing this app. I love all kinds of shows in there... the ADS is irritating

Usually I have no issues with this app. However today nothing new will play. Have even tried to send in a report about the problem. The site won't even let me do that. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling, shutting off my phone, nothing. Have full coverage whether it be with cellular or Wi-Fi. Same problem persists. Since I can't even report it maybe I can get help here. What is happening to the app I so love. Hope this gets solved so I don't have to permanently delete this app.

UPDATE: Everything is perfect now! Love IDGO! MAJOR ID ADDICT! I love that I can watch my shows on the go. Hate that sometimes I have to sign out then in again because my "subscription doesn't allow access". According to the app lol, but it's really the app having a little hiccup. Just hate when it happens during an episode hence the one star deduction (it has been happening too often). Other than that yes please keep fueling my addiction. So many shows I didn't even know existed are listed.

Please please please fix the problem with the app. Everytime I try to watch something as soon as it hits a commercial it just goes to a blank screen. Love the app and I don't want to delete it but I will have to at some point. Edit: This problem was fixed in an update so changed my rating, thanks IDGO for reaching out to make sure it was fixed!

It's a really good app to catch up on some of the shows I miss but dang their are sooo many commercials. I feel like I'm watching commercials with a little bit of each show thrown in on their break and the old excuse of the commercials pay for the app is bull because you need a cable service to watch the app and we're paying for that.

Used to really like this app but suddenly I'm not able to get into the locked programs even though I have this service with my provider. Every time I try to access a locked program I get the message "Network not in your TV package." This is not true, I've called Xfinity about the problem and they've assured me this is still included in my package. Up until about a month ago, everything was working fine. Very annoying!!! This is the case for my phone, my Kindle, and my TV. None of them work.

well now they actually did improve the site. you got three minutes of commercial every 10-minute interval. stream itself is a much stronger signal. this is so much better then before where the same commercial woodplay three or four times in a row. once they started playing a commercial 5 times in a row I said that was it and deleted the app. now it's a much better app

I work overnight and listen to this app for at least 6 hours of my 8 hour shift, if not my whole shift. I do love that I can use the app, because of my cable provider. I also completely understand there are/will be ads, and therefore will hear the same things. What I CAN'T stand is ads that repeat, sometimes 3 times in a row, in the 130 second ad break. THEN, repeat another 2 times in a row on the next ad break, show a different ad, then the last ad, is the same as the first two again!

I give up. I hate this app. I signed in so I could watch live tv and gives me some error message. Then it directed somewhere where it worked now it's the same message. This app has given me enough hell for one night, time to delete the damn thing. "Your direct tv settings don't include this content." I can not only not watch live I can't watch anything. I also hate direct tv. I pay for this service but cannot use It? Ever since direct tv merged with crappy at&t I've had issues. Someone needs to sort this out.

This app hasn't worked for about 2 months on my Samsung 8. An update was done to the app and even after that I still cannot get passed the first screen loading. I have already deleted and downloaded app multiple times. I really love the ID channel. Is anyone reading these reviews. I would love if someone from tech support reaches out. Update: App is back working and I love it!!!

I use this on my Roku and it is wonderful. I do have cable network access, and the commercials are no more than what you'd see if you were watching on live TV. It has so many shows with all eposodes, including discontinued shows. It never freezes. So if it doesn't work on your Android, try getting it on a Roku or similar device.

I'm giving three stars for content. I'm able to watch the Jon Benet case before it airs tonight. I understand the need for commercials, but they are too often, much too long (over 3 minutes, really??? 3 minutes!!!), and the same ones over and over. Won't be watching that often. You get 3 minutes of commercials interspersed with 2 minutes of programming. Will be deleting. update July 2019 reinstalled... Livestreaming, did as you open app there are commerciale..7 minutes, totaling 11 ads!!!!

UPDATE : THANK YOU FOR FIXING THE COMMERCIALS. IT IS SO MUCH BETTER NOW. YOUR RESPONSE AND FIX WAS IMMEDIATE. THANK YOU !! The commercials are ridiculous. I love being able to watch ID on to Go. The app works great. But the commercials are annoying. Especially the CVS customers are better. Its fine one go , but its played 3 or 4 times in a row every break. That's too much. The commercials need to at least be different. We finally got past the swimmer , now its CVS !!! My ears are bleeding!

Can't access unlocked due to xfinity? I am so upset. For years I've enjoyed my escapism through Discovery ID, and also learning a lot. Due to the state of things I have tried so many things to try to distract me and Discovery ID has been my go to. Now I can't access my usually recorded shows without paying Hulu $60/month which is still not live. I'm just super depressed, I know that sounds extreme but I'm serious. We would gladly pay for a subscription specifically for ID. Disappointed
