• LANGUAGE AND LITERACY: Learn about the letters of the alphabet how they make words. Learn to read using phonics. Our ever expanding LEARN TO READ BOOK library contains tailored reading experiences. We guide children through early reading levels, including wordless books to encourage confidence.

• SCIENCE AND NATURE STUDIES: One of the best ways to encourage your child to read, is to read to them. Our app does this for you featuring warm and talented voice over actors. LEARN ABOUT THE WORLD BOOKS are engaging non-fiction titles. They are specifically tailored for young children. Learn how nature works in our Caterpillar's Garden activity!

• CREATIVE ARTS: Expand your child’s imagination and encourage artistic expression in multiple creative activities.

• PUZZLES AND REASONING: Teaching children to use their own minds to figure out how to solve problems.

• Subjects are supported and enhanced by SONGS and VIDEOS, deepening your child's learning. Songs are a proven learning tool used by teachers all over the world.

Many of our lessons and activities are integrated, meaning children learn many concepts and skills at the same time.

It's great when you can access it! It seems to be the trend that after you pay they screw with it so you have to go through the choosing of subscriptions! I don't know if it's a scam or a glitch but it's super annoying. I'm just irritated.

This game is fantastic, although recently I've been having pop up ads for Disney games appear. I think for an app you are paying $5.49 per month for to have ads is not really acceptable and very frustrating for my young one to use as he doesn't know how to close ads yet.

When the game works, its phenomenal! But getting it to work is frustrating and near impossible. Every time we go into the app, it asks us to subscribe (which we did in October). It used to be reliable, but unfortunately is now a source of irritation for anyone who tries to use it.

I like it a lot, I use it to teach English to my toddler and he enjoys it. My only issue with the app are the ads. I assumed that there wouldn't be any in the payed version but lately some Disney ads have appeared and they're quite annoying.

BEST. WORTH EVERY PENNY! At first I thought Id delete after trial because it seemed too advanced for my 20 month old, but she very quickly caught on and surprised not only me, but my retired school teacher mom who was skeptical of screen time at all. so educational and Im blown away to watch my less than two year old identify letters, numbers and shapes with more repetition then I could alone give her.. she can trace letters and numbers and solve complex tangrams in a snap ! wow !

We love this Caterpillar! So when I saw this app that we hadn't used before, my 4yo grandson was excited to play. However, it took 2 days of only part download and some games never downloaded at all! WHAT? I PAID FOR THIS? So disappointing... I uninstalled. I'll reinstall once more. I hope the reinstall helps. That's just how much love we have for the Very Hungry Caterpillar

I put this on my daughter's (2yr) tablet as she really likes the hungry caterpillar game. She loves this one too except for the new update which has made the paint brush line go really skinny almost as skinny as the pencil line. My daughter and I find this frustrating as the description about the painting part of the game shows the finger painting and paint brush line to be very thick as it was when we first downloaded it earlier this year. If they fix this then I will rate 5 stars for sure.

I somehow was signed up for BOTH the monthly membership AND an annual membership. There is no reason I should have to pay twice. On top of that, I never did get the app to open as a member so I assumed it didn't go through. The process was terrible glitchy and not used friendly. I've also had to RE buy expansions on your other apps. For a paid app you need to do better.

Constant restore update and download. My son is on the spectrum and loves Eric Carle and his books. He's also on the spectrum. The fact that it would require restoration of purchase and redownload everytime he finished not only brought him to tears but frustrated myself. I don't know what I'm going to do when I uninstall this but I refuse to deal with this. I was happy to pay the subscription but sadly this app is a waste of time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

We love this app! My daughter loved it from the start. I tried other apps but none got her attention like this one did. It's pricey but worth it. She has been learning so much. She loves to trace the letters/numbers and playing with the puzzles. She loves to spin the wheel at the end of the activity. Overall, this is a very interactive colorful app full of great educational content.

We have a subscription to this and we have paid for the "My Very Hungry Caterpillar" game that has since been delisted from the app store. They removed the latter app from the play store and we can't install what we paid for on a new device. Support won't respond to us. It seems they put the old game behind the subscription paywall which was fine. My kid liked playing both. Now since he cant play one we're unsubscribing to this one. Very predatory/shady. Beware

Doesn't work. I did the test trial and the app never worked. I tried to unsubscribe but apparently that didn't work either. Just got charged $6.40 for an application that my child really wants to use but can't. Bummed that I ended up paying. Every single things she tries requires trying to refresh the subscription and then constantly tapping and hoping it works (which is probably won't). Garbage software.

Game was fun. But app design was crappy af....How can the dev not do anything for so long despite unending customers complaint is beyond me. The biggest deal breaker was the constant need to Restore Purchase over and over again..When i took it on a flight, I ended up no being able to launch the app because it stupidly kept asking me to restore purchase over and over again and i did not have an internet connection. What's the point of paying a subscription if you can't play without an internet connection? I'd give a zero star if possible. And no, i will not email you for a fix because apparently hundreds of other customers must have done the same with no fix in sight.

There's plenty to do in this app of varying difficulty - and it's just beautiful! I do think the high price tag is worth it - you could easily spend that much on individual apps, to get the same content - I do wish however that it wasn't a yearly subscription and just a one off payment. Feel a bit forced into sending money into the void if you like - it doesn't feel value for money in that respect. Here's hoping my boy will be done with it by then - it wouldn't make any sense to pay again.

1/2020: Increased rating back to 4 stars. I didn't have time to send an email with account information that I couldn't find, as developer requested, however the app is now working properly. Push notifications to "start a free trial" when we already have a paid subscription keep me from giving it 5 stars. Honestly I'd give it 4.9 though if I could-my son is learning shapes, colors, numbers, letters, and words. At 3 years old, he is really loving this app, and the graphics are seriously beautiful.

When I first downloaded the app, my son's adored it. But parts of the app seemed to uninstall themselves and then not want to reload. After way too much time and effort, of uninstalling, cleaning my phone and reinstalling, it would work again...for a while. Now my son's don't want to play the game because what they enjoyed playing only works half the time. They're bored of the same content that is very repetitive. This is worth a one time payment, not a monthly subscription. unsubscribing.

This is an excellent early learning app; enjoyable and educational. It is well thought out to maximize learning as it teaches phonetics along with letters, numerals and number values, has tracing activities for numerals and letters, spacial awareness/direction games, memory, puzzles and much more. The only let down is the price, it's expensive and an ongoing cost rather than 1 off purchase. I wish that great learning tools like this were made more accessible to lower income families.

Good, when it works. Paid for over a year now, but it's a constant challenge to get it to work.

My son really loves the My Very Hungry Caterpillar app so I downloaded this app on my tablet to see if he would like it. I forgot to cancel before the trial was up, which was my mistake, but it's very expensive for what it is. I wish I had remembered to cancel before the $59 was charged. Now not only did I unintentionally pay for it, but there isn't a way to transfer between platforms so I can't put it on his tablet. Update: emailed and confirmed that the app *doesnt* transfer between platforms

This two yr old loves it. It has a lot of great learning content and with pass, it's all open. There are simple, sweet sounding songs that littles can actually sing along with. Letters and their sounds. Numbers and quantity. Size comparison. Pattern recognition. There's a lot! You won't feel guilty letting your child use this app, there's so much they learn while using it.
