This app is horrible!!!!! Just installed the updated and to open the app you have to go to the app store for an update that isn't there.

never used to have problems. but now i cant select a different store without the app crashing. store search doesnt show any stores either. autofill sign in doesnt work for some reason, for samsung pass. cant see which store has an item in stock.

the app crashes and my order was automatically placed as my billing address which is an old address and I can't get it changed to my current address because they already shipped it nor can I cancel it... I'm out $72.....

App isn't great, but I was able to log in and don't have any crashing like everyone else. It works better for me than the GameStop website anyway

apps was working fine like 2 weeks ago now I'm unable to sign in or even browse the app. I updated it today and it still doesn't work its basically a dark screen with nothing loading. Not a good look GameStop

app is broken. first it wouldn't let me open the app without an update then when I updated it put a 2nd gamestop app on my phone so deleted both and re-download and now it crashes when I try changing stores.

keeps saying that I need to update everytime i click on something I've tried to update it 1000 times and still can't use the app or look at the website.

*Created a second app! App works fine! But the issue I see a lot of people having with "this app needs an update", at least for me, the recent update created a second GameStop app. The old one had to be manually deleted. Silly, but worked through it.

Auto renew stopped on my Pro membership, and when I tried buying a new membership it kept erroring out, saying it couldn't go through, and wouldn't let me do it. Yet, I still got charged a dollar on my card for trying, for some reason.

Continuous requests to update in specific tabs even though the application is running the latest version. Navigation is sub par with most pages having in house ads not relevant to your current pursuit. While the "help center" is only frequently asked questions regarding simple option.

Locked out of my account after resetting my password. Called the number and was told to create a new account using information not associated with the locked account so they can be linked together. You can link accounts but can't unlock accounts? Its ironic that a retailer that sells gaming tech has a call center but not an IT department to handle these matters effectively.

I love GameStop but I find myself wanting to buy from Amazon because their prices are cheaper sometimes so please try to have great cheaper prices than your competition. And have free shipping on ALL orders. Not just over $70 or whatever it is.

account feature broken. Unable to sign in on the app, it works better if you just use the web browser. Just use the web browser for all retail apps instead of clogging up your device with poorly written applications that barely function. They missed out on a 500 dollar sale because of this, which explains why their business is struggling so much. I guess I'll give best buy my money since gamestop doesn't want it.

It works the way it does with the old one. Its weird to know there was an update for gamestop app to be around long, but when the new version was added to the store app I thought it would be the main app instead of creating another app and remove the old one out. Although it works the same way the old one has, but its weird that they didn't go through the main app and updating it instead of creating new version and remove it of the store, Which is dumb and silly they went that way.

An amazing shopping experience! The only constructive criticism I would give is that it needs to be easier to apply redeemed points and promo codes at checkout. For now, it's much easier to navigate that on the website. I always have difficulty with my checkout discounts on the app.

GameStop has actually surprised me with their app. As someone who has been an active Pro Rewards member since 2011, I must admit that they are always making the online experience better and better, ESPECIALLY in regards to this app. It's now, in my opinion, in a 8/10 state, although I'll give it a 5/5 review here as the 1 star reviewers seem to simply have poor phones, poor Internet, or struggle with operator error.
