I am unable to watch live broadcasts in landscape anymore. The app will cut the video and send me back to the gc homepage. All other features seem to work fine. Update: uninstalled and installed it again and it's working properly. Thank you GC team for assisting. I would give the app 5 stars if I could run the live streams in the background or in a small window while I use my phone for other tasks.

I have paid for a Classic Premium subscription for years,but now I can't access any stats or live videos. When I try to link my classic account to the new app, it tells me it can't connect. I paid top dollar to be able to access these features, and until recently, I have been able to just fine on the new app. I've never had to manually connect the accounts before. I will likely pay for the new app's subscription, but I don't want to have to do so until my current year's subscription is up in Oct

In general I like the app a lot. Very nice to be able to see the play by play as well as the stats. Our installation is managed by our league so there were some challenges there with multiple games being loaded and shuffled due to rain outs etc.. The score book does not upload to my google drive nor can I e-mail it to myself. That is a bummer. Would be better if we could see stats from our opponents and not just our own team. Seeing a spray chart for an opponent as a team would be good.

I love the premise of this app and it works really great for team management and communication. The Android app is not as good or stable as IOS version. Also it seems one of the recent updates has had it use a lot more power in the background. I've seen it use more battery than any app on my phone throughout the whole day.. And I only messaged people on it sporadically

I tried to upgrade to 'Premium', but none of the features are available. The app still says I must upgrade to Premium to get those features. I've sent TWO emails to support- one over a week ago- and have yet to receive a response. So basically this app steals your money. Unfortunately, it's what our league uses, so it's not like I have an alternative. You'd think they might make enough profit at $15/month pp to actually provide basic technical support.

Great way to keep up with the game without having to ask someone. Easy on the eye's, Easy to keep up with stats. Helps to decide on come time to make line up. Nothing is perfect! But is easiest way to keep up with the game. And with premium package can go back and watch memories. That last a lifetime!!!

It seems like it would be a good app if it would work, however, I do not get any notifications for the message sent to the team. I went into my permissions and made sure every permission possible is allowed. If there's a setting in the app, It's not easy to find because I have been looking but can't find any way to turn on notifications. My wife gets some of the notifications but randomly and not all of them.

I use it for baseball. Most of the sports functions work great. Stats, gameplay, scorebook, and video work well. I do not like the messaging in the app. It is not user friendly. It is not searchable. When scrolling to look for an older message it continually reverts you back to the latest message all the way at the bottom.

This app is really great for managing and setting up personal teams. I use the app for stat tracking the teams in my Basketball League, and it works fine except for the fact In League games, I cannot track misses and extra stats like assists and rebounds, for either teams. My review would be higher if stats like blocks, steals, etc. could be tracked, not only for one team, but both. Hopefully this issue can be fixed, but regardless, great app.

Last year it was free and still claim to be free but it's a lie. Every thing they claim is free you can only access with a over priced subscription which is double the price if you can't pay for a year in advance. The only thing free is watching a slow game cast and but you can't see the box score, game stats, or even your team stats with out paying for a subscription and the same with audio or video streaming. Their discription claims all this is free but it's all misleading and lies

As the team score keeper this is a much easier way to track that paper book. It's really nice for Dutch counts as well. I was very excited to learn about the QR code for lineup sharing. However, VERY disappointed to find out that it's iOS only. It should be available for both platforms before release since one never knows what phone the gamechanger volunteer has. I also have been frustrated this year to find that rosters from other teams are NOT loaded and I have MANUALLY type opponents in.

Great idea. If you miss one play, or have to enter sub then the next pitch & error, etc it's a mess. A few things that would improve usability: *Placemark to come back to fix a play later *Easier player subs *If both teams are on GC why do I have to enter their lineup-they already have? *Ability to score like a traditional scorebook EDIT: As I've learned its easier, but not easy to start. I'd have given up but league said to use it. GC reached out wanting to make improvement from feedback.

Gamechanger says I have a plus subscription. After realizing I couldn't watch videos, I then paid for premium, so when I got into the app, all games and clips were locked. And when I touch to upgrade to premium. It tells me I already have premium. Since I already have premium, why am I not able to watch full videos or clips. ****edited to add**** Issue is fixed, and I am able to now watch all clips and highlights! Thank you, gamechanger,for your quick reaction to resolving this matter quickly.

I have been using the app since it came out. I love the streaming options compared to the Old Game changer but there are new errors that are bothersome. 1. Landscape option to watch the live games one the phone is not available. 2. Streaming and scoring on the same user is not available, causes issues with the Staff only having 4 available. 3. Zoom on the live stream does not work properly. I would rate the app higher but the issues are frustrating.

I like the app but I would like it better if you could rotate a device to landscape view on the standard live streaming. Old peoples eyes sometimes struggle to see pitching stats and other. A rotated view might help. Also, don't think it does but would be nice to be able to load the app on a smart tv and watch. Just another reason to have a landscape view

Worked well but after the update late May it's Jon functional for streaming. This is even after the latest update this week. Same symptoms, can hear audio but no no video. Pinch to zoom doesnt work on anything below 1X. Please roll things back to the version it was prior to the May update. That was a working version that didn't have irate parents on my case please.

Not at all happy with the change from game changer classic. Can no longer see the stats of our opponents or other teams I am fans of in other divisions . Live feed lags and stops even more that it had in the past. It appears that we all need to pay for all the features we had in the past that were included it the old classic app. It is just a money grab and may teams are refusing to pay for it. My team included . It seem greed is more important than consumer happiness.

Extremely frustrating that stats, box scores, etc. are no longer available on the website. Why? Search never lands on the right option even when having exact name. Always have to scroll up. Every time I open a live game, the gamestream always replays the most recent completed batter. Why can't it just be current? Screen record functions still requires open mic on screen recording device and adds the user's ambient sound to the recording. Why? Can't long press to select text on screen. Why?

Overall, the app is pretty good for managing your team. I really like the league and tournament features in BETA, hoping those go Full PROD. I would like the ability to send messages to Team Staff for each team within the league features. For scoring games, I have not had too many issues. However, it would be a HUGE improvement to input preset lineups for each inning before the game starts. Having to change in between inning is very frustrating just for the designated score keeper.

Great communication tool for the team. Good to have for keeping up with game action and player stats. Following instructions to sync my android calendar is challenging for someone who's not IT savy., but I was able to do it which was a "game changer" for my busy life. Making the chats searchable would be helpful.
