I am giving the review after many years. They have cancelled the order themselves. This is repeating. There is no customer care contact. No option to give the compliant. It's a trap. Now the app is in worst condition. Try others.

Great variety, availability of products, and a plethora of custom cuts, which is easy to select. Payment gateway is fast too. Only request you to add pay later options such as Simpl and LazyPay.

The freshest meat around and that is consistent with every single order. never had a hiccup with quality. It's absolutely worth the money. And that too delivered fresh within 90 minutes for most items.

If there is an option to give zero star, I will give only zero star. I ordered vegetables, the 'Fresh to home app' sent to me garbage which they say it as chemical free vegetable. I called the customer care on 23rd Sept 2025 to give back my money. But almost a month over still they didn't return my money. The customer care don't attend the call, even if they attend the call they speak very rude. It is my request that everyone raise red flag to close this app. It is a very big scam app.

I ordered 500g lamb from FreshToHome, but what I received was mostly bone pieces with very little meat. I even shared photos with customer support, but they refused to provide a refund or exchange. Totally disappointing experience — not what I expected from a brand that claims to sell quality meat. Be careful before ordering — you might end up paying for bones instead of meat!

Already spoken with 2 executives, still no response from.them. Earlier it was good, but now the products I am receiving are rotten, smelly and not maintained in proper temperature, sometimes the packet is not sealed properly. So please check on these things, if you are purchasing. Still they don't accept their mistake, it is better you go to local market where we can purchase item as per our choice and that too in half price Fresh to Home is charging. Please stop your pathetic service FTH!

Pathetic service 😡 I had personally follow up 7 times for single order that was supposed to be delivered before 11.30am. It's now 2 pm still haven't received the order nor any update from their end. I have to personally follow up. They say wait for 10 mins... then what's the point of scheduling an order??? it's not even raining at all here.... this is my second experience of them doing this!

I placed an order with 1kg chicken and 1/2kg mutton. but they delivered and it was chicken with 1 1/2 kg. once I reported the issue, after 3hours they are informing there is no stock and they can't deliver. very frustrating, don't believe this kind of apps rely on local shops. The customer support team also supporting hub and delivery partners.

Extremely poor customer service. Yesterday, I placed an order for fish with a delivery window from 5 to 8 PM, yet I have not received my order. I contacted customer service about this issue, and they assured me that they would return my call within a few minutes; however, I have yet to receive any communication from them. This is among the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.

Nice app, easy to use. But has a big problem with providing address. No matter how many time I try to provide the location in the map, it always says address and location does not match. And because of this every time I have to share my location to the delivery agent. Please fix this

the experience until recently had been fairly good, but i guess with time, they have started bluffing with coupons, and then delivery time also, will charge exorbitant shipping charges in the name of "15 min express delivery" and later deliver in nearly an hour or so. nobody needs meat in express delivery, but if the option is being provided and charged for, it must be adhered to as well.

don't buy meat or fish from this app.! they will selling frozen fish .! while we receive the fish it looks normal but after cooking it became like hard and rubber .! I have never seen fish meat like this in my life, it was unhealthy.! customer care service were very rude and they didn't respond properly.! it seems they don't care about there customers health it seems ! please don't buy in this app

extremely delayed orders also ordered for express delivery. they collect multiple orders together to trouble us. if we had enough time, we would have gone to market on our own. what's the point of using this express delivery. also, there is no way we can cancel that delayed order or to be able to communicate with the agent

Yesterday, I received a call from a FreshToHome executive offering a special coupon for my 1 kg chicken order. But during purchase, I was asked to add more items to meet a minimum amount to use the coupon. This feels misleading and unfair. Please avoid such confusing marketing practices and ensure transparency with customers in future.

products are good but after adding items to cart before payment it says items are not available and the cart becomes empty. it will not say which item is out of stock.its so irritating to check adding all items again n again . plz mention particular item which is out of stock. full cart will become empty. while selecting itself if it shows the item is out of stock,we don't select it. at the time of payment it shows and all items gets disappeared. it's really irritating.poor system balance

App improvement needed - please create separate filters to search for options in the meat section like "cut" "marinated" " whole" etc... right now we have to manually search in the search bar and all the options just populates including the one I searched for, this is not a good way to search as it's not accurate and it's waste of time for us.
