Horrible. Platform inteface is not user friendly at all. I also cannot log in anymore after resetting my password multiple times and still get same login error. I get an email to enter a code but get no prompt to enter it anywhere. Deleted the app.

I switched phones recently and tried to install/reinstall but the app keeps logging me out after maybe 5-10 minutes if not in active use.

App is super wonky and customer support is absolutely non-existent. Multiple reach outs, 0 responses. Would not recommend to anyone.

It only works 1/100 times I try to log on, and I'm being generous. Wish I could enjoy the app like other people.

Most of the features do not work on Android. The web browser version is much better and that isn't great either

I *luckily* only lost $75 from the site. I received zero cards and got zero support. Support staff is impossible to get a hold of and has apparently no power to interviene. Oh, and the app works like trash to boot.

The app keeps logging me out, glitches, and moves way slower while also using a lot of data. Plus your options for functionality are very limited.

I've been trying to log in to my account on this app ever since I've made one on the website but it always says "login failed try again later" yet I still get sent the code so I can continue to login. I'll be using the website until you guys figure out how this app can work correctly.

This is not very "Live" if nothing loads. I paid $65 (thankfully, $60 was a psa credit) to be a part of something new, interesting, live, and engaging, and I can't even watch it. The "Replay" feature won't even hardly load, so I have no idea what I DID win. It's not even worth the $5 of my own money I spent on it. Please do better.

Great app to get a huge selection of breakers. The lack of a search option to find specific breakers is a huge negative though. We build a community with certain breakers and chat members and it's such a hassle to not have a search function. Add the search and it's a 5 star app for sure!

The fanatics live app is not Android friendly yet. If you get the unknown error occurred message. It is most likely because you are on Wi-Fi. You need to use your mobile data... Which is really silly... Fanatics live is very difficult to actually get to... Even on a desktop connecting to fanatics live will give you a whole bunch of warning messages that the site is not secure. I don't think fanatics has set up their security correctly on the app and desktop.

Website is great. The app is horrendously bad for androids. The app is making my cell phone 4G/5G Data crash and can't use my phone for anything internet related. Then have to troubleshoot my galaxy s22Ultra to get my data signal back.. I thought it was a fluke at first but it has happened several times only when using this app. Developers seriously need to get this fixed asap.

Crashing very frequently just going between shows. When it works is fine but it's becoming more unstable with updates 4/26 congrats it doesn't crash all the time, now it just sputters through streams. I've missed multiple packs and cards in breaks bc the android app freezes for a couple of seconds every minute or two. Great work
