Everytime I open the app it wants an update but when I go into the app store it's up to date. Fix this ASAP

This app doesn't give confirmation of successful submission and forces regular updates. Have to use it to submit safe cards at work.

App: requires update. Playstore: app is up to date. Now I cant use the app. This happens ever update and is useless for days.

Working fine on Android phone Moto plat Z2 until updated the app a couple of days ago. Now the slides don't appear until I double click on the links 🤠

Even worse than my initial review 6 months ago...updates 37 times a week that take 3 hours to load. Wouldn't have this app if my company didn't require it. Wish I could give it zero stars.

As an EHS and Quality Manager, this is Quality 4.0 at it's finest!! No more paper, no more printing, it's all on my phone now!! With workflows, I can see what, when and who changed or updated incidents, this is amazing!!! App works like a charm on my Android and I love the constant app updates!! Great Job!!!

This is the clunkiest, most problematic app I've ever used. Sad to see the reviews from 4 years ago, and yet nothing has changed. If you are thinking of using this for your business, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

When it is working is a great tool . I need for work and when it asks for an update and forces me to do so all it does is say open app . Doesn't update and locks me out of app . Frustrating

Everything has been good so far, but after that last update it seems like the screen loading times have double...it takes a lot longer for the screens to load and be available to use and when one is on the field trying to fill a report time is of the essence. Please see if you all can fix this issue. With that fixed your star rating will definitely be 5. Thanks.

This Program on here and the website is a pain to use. They need to make is so a capa counts as a work observation it make you do double work which it pointless at least take the information from the work observation and move to the capa. And the updates are just more useless add on. So far I have not seen a improvement in this Program since my work started having us use it.
