Incredible planning tool! I wasn't going to review it until we returned but this absolutely saved us hours in lines. The ability to create a plan and optimize it and then shuffle around and determine your family's ideal of less walking versus shorter lines was amazing. Except one instance all the data about actual line lengths was spot on, and even that one was only ten minutes off. The only thing I would change is the location of the Optimize button when looking at your plan and move it left.

Saved a lot of time with it. I let it do all the thinking and was able to enjoy the parks even on level 9 crowd days. Well worth the subscription. 2022 update: still an amazing app. For example, we were able to do every major attraction at Hollywood Studios in a single day (crowd level 5/6) including a 3-hour midday break. An important feature is to be able to add Lightning Lane return times on the fly and have it recalculate the best plan. Use as a companion to the My Disney Experience app.

Using the app and the book helped us cut a lot of queue times and to plan properly our trip. We are very happy we acquire these, even when we didn't get the room we asked for. We are going again this year and already bought the 2019 edition for both!! Totally recommend it!!!

I've really enjoyed using this app. it has helped tremendously with planning our first Disney world vacation, especially with reserving fast passes! I am not one to write out reviews or pay for an app that I could get for free, but this was money well spent. I will use again.

We paid for the subscription and used the app in conjunction with the Disney Experience app. Maybe COVID protocols played a role, but headliner ride wait times were WAY longer than this app predicted, being veteran park visitors we changed plans based on the Disney app wait times and still avoided long waits. If you have never been, use this app to develop a plan, it will help, but use the Disney app to adjust for actual conditions and start monitoring actual wait times before your trip.

Biggest time saver ever for Walt Disney World. It showed us exactly where to go and when to avoid crowds and lines. So it's basically like Google maps or Waze for the park. My favorite part is that we can decide what we want to go to, when we want to take breaks, and when we went to eat. Then, we just click "Optimize," and the app tells us exactly where to go to avoid long lines and get the most out of our time at the park. There are a few bugs, but this app is the best way to maximize WDW time

I have used this app many times and it has been amazing. Most of the reviews below 4 stars are people that just want wait times. If you just want wait times use the Disney app, if you want to maximize your trip use this apps. We went with 8 people last summer (very busy) and were in the parks for 4 days. I ended up putting in all the rides everyone wanted, the fast passes that were pre-booked, restaurants breaks and even a 3 hour siesta back at hotel each day. As relaxing a trip as you can here

Best Planning App- Don't Go To Disney Without It!! This app allowed me to choose the rides, shows restaurants and even break times before going to Disney. We need exactly where we needed to be and at what time! It also allowed us to see true wait times for rides which were much shorter most of the time that the times the Disney App reported. We were able to do everything we wanted in each park because we knew exactly where to go and when we needed to be there. Highly recommend!

This was so worth the subscription. Being this will be my first time going to Disney World, I was overwhelmed and had so much anxiety. That was until I bought the Unofficial Disney World Book and subscribed to Touringplans - downloaded Lines App. Now I feel SO much calmer and so informed! I am so ready to do this!! I can't wait to make the tour plan now!!

Very inaccurate wait time data. Following their predictions cost hours in the park. Test track had a posted 40 minute wait but the app recommended to wait. So we did. Went at the suggested and waited significantly longer. Same with Soarin' and many other rides. Disappointed I spent money on the membership

Planning itineries on Touring Plans / Lines takes some time and effort, but this is rewarded 100 fold in the park, where you save time and vastly reduce stress. The Lines app itself is very easy to use whilst in the parts. I am a repeat customer and I recommend it to everyone who asks. Considering the high cost of Disney it doesn't need to save you much time to quickly repay the subscription fee.

It's easy to use, I love the search menus feature, and if the lines part actually works it'll be great for my trip in a few months, but there's a subscription for this, and unfortunately a lot of the info is just not up to date. For example, many xmas and halloween items are still on menus(it's march)

we have successfully used this app and have paid for the online subscription for over five years. However, the last two visits and now one coming up in July, the app constantly crashes. I can never get past the title screen without it shutting itself down. When it works, this is a Beyond five star app and an essential tool for every visit. I'm just hoping an update comes along that stops the crashing so I can begin using it again.

Excellent app, when it works. I've been using the app for years and it's always helped us out. It just recently stopped working on my Pixel 3 phone. It was working but now crashes immediately after starting app. I hope it gets fixed soon as my trip to WDW is approaching soon. Update: it still doesn't work after latest Android update 10. Made my trip less awesome for sure.

I have been using Touring Plans since they were first introduced in The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. The best advice and most scientific way to plan and modify any day in a Disney park. I especially like the inputs for when to obtain LL passes. Those lamenting the old paper fast passes forget the Rope Drop stampedes to the machines where you wasted those precious park opening minutes hoping there would be one left for you. Bravo All ears!

I had the paid version and it was very glitchy and would often crash. I would try to time my line wait times, but when I tried to stop the timer, it would just hang. The Disney park "busy ratings" were completely incorrect. It said Animal Kingdom or Hollywood Studios were a 9 and 8 (or vice versa) and neither were busy. It had low scores for Magic Kingdom and Epcot and they were really busy (for this time of the year). Very odd the app was so off as I used it 6 years ago with no issues.

the first time we used this app, it worked super well at Disney, not so well at universal. the times were mostly inaccurate at universal. this time, we've had trouble with the app losing our place, ie, always taking us back to the home screen when the phone goes to sleep, so we've been having to navigate back to our touring plan constantly. also, the animal kingdom opens some rides earlier than the posted park opening time. Touring plans didn't take that into account at all.

The app seems to be based on average wait times for certain parts of the day, not real time waits. A few times we had to wait about twice as long as the app said the line was. One time the app said the wait was around 15 minutes, so we got in line and timed our wait. it turned out to be more like 40 minutes, and when I entered our true wait time in the app, it only added one minute to the wait time it was showing. It's better than nothing, but I don't think it's that accurate.

This application hasn't been updated in over a year. In addition the interface is probably about four or five years old, or more. It is clunky and inefficient. At a premium price for membership, I don't believe it's worth it. The Disney app has similar information the downside there is you have to deal with all the shopping they hit you with. That said I'm not paying the premium price these folks want for an application that is sorely outdated with respect to its usability.

Paid for premium. It looked like a solid helpful tool, but really...it wasn't great. I thought it would help me decide a good order, but it let me down. It even kept "optimizing" putting a ride 1st that it said in the notes they don't recommend doing 1st. Found time estimates to be dramatically UNDERstated for almost every ride during one of our days. DW posted wait times were pretty accurate, and much closer than TP. Their post-day analysis is def not accurate. I felt misdirected by these tools
