Scanning of boarding passes never works. Face recognition is also quite poor, even after two months it fails to recognise the same person.

Been a user for a few years but since adding my minor's credentials its not identifying my biometric data correctly. The problem continues even after deleting my child's details.

Digi yatra was not working at Terminal 1 of Mumbai Airport. Unnecessarily you have blocked so many gates and created hassle for digit yatra passanger and no users as well. of 3 security gates 2 are strictly reserved for digi yatra

Home page should be default page. Right now it's cab page which isn't even implemented. And the in app verification needs work as it took me 6 tries to verify myself.

Good app. Please improve UX though. Need to login each time I have a flight. QR code scanner with image upload got faster, which is nice!

India Creating New Standards... This is yet another support for travellers.. Must have if you are a frequent traveller.. saves lot of time and hassle while clearances at Airports. Am sure the world is watching and will pickup to our standards... just one suggestion if you could add the dept time in the QR page., which today captures seat no and flight information.

This app does wonders whenever I am in a hurry and cut the queue. it's usage is really smooth. Once you are used to it, it would take less than a minute to upload the boarding pass.

Ok, but app could be better if it ask only once aadhar verification and give more chances for face verification even though by mistake back button is touched as of now we have to begin from start and that's not right . Uploading boarding pass process is 5 out of 5. Please resolve the issue as soon as you can .

image capture was a bit time consuming as I had to do the atleast four times before capturing my selfie and integrating into your site. a little bit of thinking is required at that point of image capture. list of the other integration and digilocker was smooth.

Hopeless. It just won't open even after half an hour. When it opened once after a long wait, it said my face did not match. Do I have to change my face? After that, after reinstalling four times, the damned app won't even open. Why do they fool us like this?

Uploading boarding pass via PDF is barely functional. Scanning physical QR makes no sense because after getting physical boarding pass you are not able to use Digi Yatra. After multiple attempts when I have manage to update everything scanner rejected my entry at the Surat Airport gate and I have to enter in a traditional way. Connecting flight If a single airport doesn't supports Digi Yatra then in that journey you won't be able to use it anywhere. Please fix this...

Good initiative, But application is poorly executed. In case of multiple Passes from PDF, no option for Which one to capture. Boarding pass update from image is also poor And somehow, after multiple attempts, finishing the digital processes, at the gate of Airport scanner will decline your entry and you have to do it in traditional way.

What a useless app. Installed the latest version, I have been trying to add my credentials all day. It either says "Internal Server error" and crashes right after inputting the Aadhar OTP, or it doesn't open the camera after giving it permission. Installed and re-installed the app, that didn't work either. Test your app updates properly before releasing them

Fantastic digital first experience. For the first time didn't have to stand in a queue just to enter the airport. Your face is all you need to enjoy a hassle free entry. add to this web check in and you can literally say good bye to long queues and wait (I had no check in baggage).
