when i first open the app, i can't write my location, the app suddenly close. i've been trying to re-install but didn't work, still the same problem happened. so i uninstall it again. need a lot more improvement.

Hello, I believe you must fixed your application for your own good. Yesterday, I use this application to booked cinema. I choose A8 A9. After that, becuase of the signal, I haven't finished the payment. When I try to check again, I can't find it. I go to the cinema and I see the chair is sold. I try to informed the cashier but I can't buy the A8 A9 anymore. So I buy A6 A7 and you now what, until the Aladdin finished nobody sit at A8 A9. Fixed your application for your own good. Thank you.

Small screen and yet the ticket price is quite expensive, and it's getting more expensive while other cinema have the same price but with me more bigger screen ! Sometimes it just not worth it

This apps looks like it's made in 2010 or something. You guys need to hire UI/UX designer also make the apps more usefull with more features. Also for the website that you guys have is also hard to browse with phone. You guys really need to catch up with Cinema 21

After renaming to Cinepolis, I can't log in at all and always fail to create a new account. The obstacle is always the password, even though I already created a password with a combination of uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol

Worst Cinema Booking app quality of the app is as bad as the website. App keep on crashing and has long loading time, no call center to report the problem. Its happen not only once or twice but so frequent

Stupid useless application...very bad user experiences..making it harder to buy tickets..so many clicks and confusing which theaters and location carry which brands..bring back to old Cinemaxx app..much easier to use!

The worst cinema application after renaming to cinepolis!!! 1. Slow when open the application even the internet connection is good. 2. The application always request to use GPS Location. If you turn off the GPS location the application cannot be used.

Poor UI, poor display of information, nothing really works, asked for too many permissions (location, file access, contacts access, and phone access). Why would a movie schedule app need to have access to my phone and contacts?

There's always a problem with this app. It's hard to check today's schedule, and I have to scroll down to search for my location (not automatically save my loc). It takes so long to loading and I don't know I just confuse and disappointed 😟

Hi Cinepolis team, I think, for me personally, I like the version before this one much easier to use. I don't know where to check for the coming soon movies using this app, my profile page is blank. And tbh I like the version before this because I can easily check my nearest Cinepolis one by one with the movie and the showing time. Hope you guys can fix this maybe would make it easier and simpler to use ✌ thanks!

I can't find the option to see upcoming movie where did you find that? I get confused with this new look. I like the previous interface better than the current one. The old one is so simple and easy to use. This current look just like waste of effort

The number of issues I have with this app is beyond the 500 words limit so let me sum the important bits. Horrid UI. Horrible layout design. 30% of the view zone cluttered with unnecessary information. 2 title bars cause it helps me what? Pixelated icons cause you can't be bothered to photoshop one. Contact... Ever heard of web view? Warning, warning, everywhere and I don't even know what they mean. Even your own loading animation is loading another loading animation.

The new Cinepolis interface looks far from good, even the worst one.. now it's confusing, dont have a city choise, its lame, dissapointed, slow loading, always ask for location, and there's no list of what upcoming films that will shown soon.. even the interface of Cinema XXI is still more friendly user than Cinepolis.. i use to like the old Cinemaxx version.. while this new version, is truly useless and U/I is too exaggerated.. u should fire ur IT team who design it 😂😂

Bad user experience... Having difficulty buying tickets with OVO, long loading screen and wont redirect to payment page. Eventhough I have good connection. This need to be worked out. One more need more payment options.... Exclusive for one digital wallet but bad experience, it's suicide....

it only accepts whatsapp number for verification, and said notification never came. ticket prices are put by approximate, not by how much it costs the day of booking.

Payment only available using visa/master credit card. It always failed to book ticket since payment error. Help centre also no response. Very bad service. It is useless although there is promo buy 1 get 1 cause unable to book ticket through app.

Poor customer service. Cant book online because the OTP code never came when i create account.
