The Ford Pass access gets locked after a few days using the Charge Smart Mass application, ford views the third party system as dangerous or unauthorized to connect to Ford databases and customer accounts. Please secure proper data sharing agreement with Ford so that I can resume testing and benefiting from the program.

Terrible, this app does not save the settings for charging locations and type of charging station at home which affects the potential rebates. This should be fixed ASAP if you want people to participate in your program.

Issues with rebate data. Engineers able to manually fix, however requires constant communication. Very helpful team, but very inconvenient. Issue stems from Juicebox integration.

App doesn't work. I've got a Hyundai Kona Electric and the app tells me there is no vehicle listed in my MyHundai account when there actually is. Update 6/3/22 I have reached out to the email given and was told they would look into it back on 5/25. The issue still isn't resolved and I get no reply when I ask for an update.

A month later and still not receiving proper credits despite multiple tickets submitted. Although this app is free, I have to pay a monthly fee for the Chrysler app in order for charging data to be transferred to this app.

App worked fine for what it is. However, its usage of the Tesla API prevents your car from ever sleeping causing more battery usage when idle. Also, the only way to remove API keys is to email support. I can't recommend if you are using a Tesla charger.

This is a con job by national grid the app records only 1 hour of a 5 hour charging session. When I emailed consumer support. Nothing happened I sent in charging session from my enel juice box . Nothing happened I spent 100 kwh an recived.90 cent of rebates. My home charger is still pending certification.

App is not always accurate (somehow it missed some charging sessions), but it's a good program to incentivize off peak electricity use. Hopefully the rebates will increase to align with inflation.

"Oops, something went wrong" has been the entire app experience going on two months now, on three separate phones. The advice to force close the app and retry is a joke, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help with this obviously server side issue.

This app worked well for the first few weeks I had it, when I received the first email about it. Since then, it can not stay connected to OnStar or pull my charging data. If you have a GM vehicle, expect problems keeping it connected.

Same as others have said. This is simply not working. It says I am not home so not getting any credit no matter what I do to edit that. Also just like others have said after I connected my battery is draining about 1 percent per hour where it did not do that prior. I need to delete this now. It's just not working correctly. You would think after all the negative reviews they could fix these issues.

I tried to install this 3 months ago on my Android phone and it did not work, got various errors whoever I tried to configure anything including my home address. Today I realized that National Grid is charging every homeowner in MA every month for this program, so I tried installing again. I tried installing both on a new Android phone and new IPhone, and am getting errors on each. The app simply doesn't work. I have emailed support multiple times and received no response

Edited from original: Finally was able to register my Prius but the process/list is a bit confusing. The Chargepoint registration seems to just hang indefinitely unfortunately. Still not able to use the app since the app doesn't appear to track charging without the charger being registered, but progress has been made in the months since release at least.

we set this app up for one of our cars and it is working well. But I have a second electric car and tried to add it, when I checked about why I could not do this was told to set up a second account using a different email, that is all well and good but the system will will not let me do that!

Edit: Thanks to the developer for the response. I have not tried to reconnect, I just set the charger to other. Old review: Was able to connect my car, but it also wanted to connect my charger (which isn't ChargePoint) so I'm not eligible. The eligibility list doesn't say you need both. No instructions on how to enroll from the EV / PEV Program.

Horrible app and a horrible program. After signing up I could not use my chargepoint home to charge my car. Even breaking the connection between the charger and the app couldn't make the charger work. The only fix was to factory reset my Chargepoint Home and that enabled my car to charge again. I already put in a ticket to have my account for this program deleted. No one should sign up for this- it's not worth the aggravation.

Setup of the app was a little clunky - if you stop and re-start it will suggest that your vehicle isn't compatible when it is and in my case my 'home' location didn't take correctly so I wasn't getting credits. However support was responsive and helpful. It's going to get better, and this is a good step.

Location setting is not correct or doesn't save correctly, so it always says "Plugged in away from home". That's the one core functionality it needs to get correctly in order to give you rebate credit. When exiting the app with Back navigation then opening it again, it says "Data error! Force quit app and try again." Yes, you have to do that to fix it. I'm a developer and I don't get how they let these things get past testing. Maybe reconsider who's developing this. *EDIT: support is responsive*

Have not been able to set this app nor charger up with my national grid account as it says "no billing account is found" when I log in successfully. I only have an electricity billing account with national grid under the same account. I have been in contact with support for over a month, but they have not fixed it yet. Have tried it on multiple devices too and no luck. Edit: Was able to solve my problem by using a new second national grid user account to log in.

This application doesn't work. After connecting my car and accounts, several minutes later it lost all my information and said I was no longer able to use anything. Spent a other hour reconnecting my Tesla account and registering my car. It the. Refused to pair with my vehicle. And has dropped me from being able to earn energy credits. So despite following all their rules, I am unable to collect the intensives, because it conveniently looses all my information before every payout period.
