Everything was fine. Then the app updated, and now I can't redeem any of my (over 750) points.

App was working fine in the beginning. Now it has completely stopped. Went to the store and they can't help.

App worked great for a while, however, now my orders don't go through at all. If orders don't go through to the stores at all, then this app is completely useless and in need of fixing.

Why y'all take away the proroll THC and lost THC I was useing my point for that now it pointless. Please add them back. I shop at 101 tobacco I was useing my point to get THC pre-roll or lost Mary THC. Now that y'all taking it off. I don't see the point of this app. I will like for y'all to add everything back up there.

It refuses to send me a code to even log into the app. Tapping the I did not get a code icon does absolutely nothing. There is no real support on the website. I have been trying to redeem points from a store using this system due to them requiring I have the app. Please fix this asap or I will take my business elsewhere to a store with a better system instead of wasting my time and money.

Great app for rewards and points at some places but I don't know why it keeps crashing and I have some points I need to redeem but I can't do it so I hope you guys fixed this problem and it's been over 2 weeks now

I love the concept of BossLocal club, I've had a really hard time getting my points for my vape juice club. And now the app is just freezing kicking me off so I don't know what's going on. I've got pictures of the the points that I have occurre but now like I said the app is giving me guff I don't know what's going on. It says something about I have to give them my location but my location for the app is already on....? Go figure it's just another symptom of 2024.
