A lot of issues. I'll point out d 3 most annoying. Firstly, music tracks don't av 2 "E" symbol to tell if a song is clean or is explicit. Secondly, y does d app only recognise my phone's internal storage. It doesn't seem 2 recognise my mem card which is annoying cos my phone's internal storage is limited. Conclusively, when I wanna download songs on d music player, It only lists the Standard download option leaves out the Premium option. Only by going to d album page will you be able 2 do that

What a mess. I can't even play a song without ads. You can use your app yourself. Now. You app cannot even read music I download? None of my music in the download folder are readable in your app. I'm not sure the bigger version of this misbehaves like this too as I've onced used it except that the equalizer crashed and never was fixed except with a re-installation I think. But this lite version is a no for me. Uninstalling.

It's the worst. The Ads are too much, I can't watch a video which I downloaded with out watching Ads and after watching it ,it only gives 30 minutes and then it requires to watch other Ads which wastes time alot. What is the use of downloading if I can't watch the songs without watching Ads. What is the use of monthly subscription, is startimes or something. It's a waste of money. This app is bad. You better fix it or I will end up uninstalling it.

The app keeps stopping and refusing to play until I reboot my phone before It continues. And it does that after every 10-15songs

I paid for subscription and my account was never upgraded to premium as promised. Even after reaching out to your support for help, still nothing one week later. Giving scam vibes!

@boomplay lite please tell me why the music I downloaded on the boomplay lite app disappeared after my phone's system update, infact the app disappeared too had to install it again and am starting afresh. Please what can I do?

I was able to get the album I wanted but then you have to watch an ad in order to download and the ad is always failing to show which means I can't download any song🤦

Too many ads... Plus why do I have to watch an ad for me to download a song... And it keeps on saying that "cant find ad".... That acts like a barrier because I can't download any song.... 😡

Great music app with equaliser. Ability to download even without subscription, although after watching a video ad. Downloaded music is on the app, it helps the artiste against piracy. Great I must say. Boomlive, an app in Boomplay, gives users the opportunity to interact with people all over the world, and that's a great plus. My Boomlive has stopped working recently even as I have to create this new account but still experiencing the same problem. It all started after an update.

Boomplay is great but it's has been given me problem for some time now and I don't understand why. Music keeps stopping half way whenever I am playing music. Please find something to do about it. Thanks

This app is useless. Ads every other second. It's not fair at all. That when you want to download each song you must watch a 1 hour ad🚮. Sometimes they give you an offer to watch ads to have unlimited downloads , that's a trick because it doesn't work. Developers of this app be realistic for once, how can I watch an ad for every song I download then at the same time bring other ads even when I don't want to download anything. Every click brings an ad. It's useless app I have ever seen.

Stop ads, if someone wants to play a music you will bring out ads, is not good stop it, a place where the play music shouldn't have an ads am only rating you one star because with ads the app is useless, I so much hates app with ads ., The ad is still showing why??? Stop the ad and focus on making money by downloading music or else I will do everything possible to bring this app down😡😡😡😡😡 nonsense 🔥🔥🔥😾😾,why will you show me apps to download in music player app useless people everywhere
