Good quality videos but often pauses in between while viewing videos. Really annoying while seeing the videos even with high speed internet.

Update completely ruined the app. Previous version was so much better. It's not smooth anymore, at times it does not show the live score. Giving it 2 stars just because they provide videos.

I don't think the developer had put any effort to mark this app. It doesn't have a proper filter option, you can't search anything on the app properly. There is no search bar too. This needs to be fixed. Please look at it and update the points table ASAP. I don't think the "BCCI" should be this poor.

Pathetic update. Previous version was much better. It takes an eternity to load the page and if you click back on a scorecard it takes you back to the main page instead of the page you were on. Hope the issue is resolved. Previous one was much better.

Dear BCCI, surely a cricket crazy nation deserves a better app than this. There is no search button in the entire app, the videos are poorly cut up between 2-5 min length. I mean is their any thought at all our into this. We yearn to see some of the classic innings played by our batsman or beautiful spell of bowling in the past but how do we see it. I couldn't even find the iconic world Cup win video highlights or Sachin's farewell speech. Why....why....whyyyyyyyyyy?????

New update has ruined the app. Its slow to load and interface is so sluggish. You can even see who is batting and bowling easily like you used to in the old app. Very disappointed with the update. Better to use Cricinfo app.

Very slow and poorly designed app. When looking at the scorecard the menu options are on top of bowling stats. It is impossible to read it. I have a picture but unable to attach it with my review.

To watch highlights in this app, it is very very difficult. It does not have filters for years and filters for highlights. Please fix the problems. E. G. - filters of videos, between highlights and match previews. Please make the changes

After this huge update it has worsened because the scoring is very slow now and it don't even show proper stats of the ongoing series, it's looking like they have only worked on the graphics and design of the app excluding the main content for which it is meant for..........I hope future update would resolve this problems

When I began to use this app, after every match the highlights video was uploaded immediately. But nowadays highlights for men's match is delayed by 2 or 3 days after the match and I couldn't find highlights video for women's match. So please upload the highlights video for all the matches as soon as possible.

It has some issues with ringtone ,when it gives an alert ,a ring tones starts and I could not stop it . I have to restart the mobile to stop the ring tone . First I was not sure why I get ring tone without any calls I did suspect Samsung updates but finally found this app was causing this issue . I uninstalled the app while ringtone was playing ,then ring tone stopped

It's BCCI app, I was expecting more. Look at other OTT platforms/apps, clever filters,personalized features etc. Ita very hard to find my video content. Search, filters like highlights, interviews, series, customisable interest so many which help people consume more videos. As I said BCCI being very resourceful could have done better job with the app design.

Not happy with this App. To view a tournament results or schedule need to use multiple clicks. After viewing a particular match of any tournament if i wish to come back and see result of another it is not possible. If I press back button it is taking me to home page instead of the tournament page which I have selected. Also in a scorecard for limited overs team batted first scorecard should be shown instead team batted second is shown. Very poor compared to other cricket related Apps

The new update of the app is very good. The interface of the app has improved, easy to watch videos, scores and player stats. Just one request to add the option of changing the language of the app and the venue list takes lot of time to load, so please focus on that.

Usability must be improved. Having floating menu of International/Domestic is not needed to be 'on' after selection. With a link, the match center page must open and not make user navigate through various options. Score board updating speed/ performance is very poor. How about getting ball by ball commentary? As a reference look up cricheroes app.

Quite irritating when you are trying to search team performance live in domestic cricket ,suddenly it goes to start of the list and again one has to start search for particular term. Very irritating, previously never used to happen like this 😒
