The password reset system for the user account must be changed, at least with the email, I Lost my phone on which I had an active account but failed to log in on another phone. Because I can't even remember my login

I want to appreciate your services. But as a customer am really disappointed. The reason as to why I downloaded afro mobile app, is to watch "nbs barometer" but every time the show is switched to nbs live and I can't complete it since am always at work and there isn't complete recorded show. I hope my concern will be resolved.

here am able to bet 5, thanks to the afro team for this app , it's clear and very unique, with it's content, only that some channels have a very low sound,and many Uganda channels like bukedde 2 and ntv are not there, , but all in all it's a nice app guys u need to give it a try if at all you understand how to use it and it's use thanks 👍

Please people use afromobile app it is very organized and signal very clear, I always watch news and other programs on afromobile app in fact every person must download this app nbs team I appreciate the work you do please keep it up

Today is 18 November 2024. I just installed the “New” upgraded afromobile and it only shows live programs. Before the upgrade I could be able to watch eg NBS Eagle and Barometer in my time zone later, after it had played in Uganda. Right now I don’t see anything 🙄. For now I don’t like the app.

It can't let me login in and wen I try to create a new account it keeps saying email is used by someone else fake app... Let a user be allowed to reset their password if forgotten please. We keep changing our phones so if I can't remember my password does it have to mean I can't use this app no more?

Installed but didn't even register. The app requires too much personal information at registration than necessary. Users should be given the option to decide which information they wish to share. Privacy is very key to your users - in my opinion.

The interface and functionality is good but the app is a data guzzler! The data saver setting isn't yet functional. Please check on how apps like CGTN, Salt Media or YouTube have set up that feature for reference.

after subscription it still uses my data from the main account and does not use the data I subscribed. Even after subscription for 1 week it still deducts money 1000 from my account daily that automatic renewal. so I'm failing to understand it.

Installed and no channel was working. Then it hit me... oh, they said they are now charging a subscription. So I initiated a subscription via MTN MoMoPay... Still, nothing shows! And oh, during registration, the cursor kept bouncing back to the middle when typing the password hence giving me countless errors of Password doesn't match!! Take the app back and clear the damn bugs before you start collecting money

very good app. If they can work on data usage. I mean it consumes your own data but even when you paid for the package insane.
