Automatically extend the saving account of customer till 2021 with really low interest without informing customer, create difficulties to cancel it and force customer to take action for their system false. Dont know how many customers have such terrible experience. Will change to another bank right after all accounts expire......

The loading process takes a long time. The time it takes to log in is around a minute, and occasionally I can't even send money. I went from being an introvert to becoming a furious introvert as a result of using the app.

when i turn off receiving sms and only turn on app notification, it sends me nothing when my balance changes in 1 month. then i turn on receiving sms and app notification then notification show up again but sms does not when my balance change.

Stupid app! The newest version is so trashy. Can't login by fingerprint although already set thousand times. Seem like tech team doesn't even bother working on client's feedbacks. Please check the bug and fix it soon or else your clients might want to change another bank for better service

The new update improves nothing, it just shows the STUPIDITY of the dev team. How come I have to turn off Accessibility access in all of my apps before using this? Let me tell you even Link to windows and Voice access require Accessibility access. I have many bank apps installed on my phone, none of them force me to do stupid things like this. Now I have one less reason to keep using services from this bank.

I have limited experience with mobile banking apps as I have only used ACB's, UOB's, and Citibank's. While ACB's app has a user-friendly interface and a clear design, it lacks essential functions that are easily found in other competitive banking apps. For example, it does not provide access to bank statements and a comprehensive finance overview. In my opinion, the developers should invest more effort in resolving these issues and improving its performance.

I keep getting an error message full of syntax errors upon opening the app, telling me to contact the call center. Called, no response whatsoever, and the app remains unusable. Really terrible user experience!

Login by fingerprint shows "An error occured. Please try again". Login sometimes works, sometimes does not. I aready called the hotline but she said it all worked on her side. Nobody cares about customer experience. The app is full of flaws compared to the bank's reputation.

🙏🏻🌿✨ Please have dark mode, and improve app loading speed. It takes so long to even see the login screen. ACB now only has the option of using Safekey, so I have no choice but to use this app as well, instead of just the web version, which is much faster! 🙏🏻🌿✨

Use alot of bank apps from different branchs, this app could be the worst: slow loading, UI is hard to use, stabilization problem ... make me not likely to use everytime, sadly ACB is my mainly Bank, and its very difference from their offline service. I think they should remake entire app using native language.

Good looking GUI but query time take so long (I used 4G as well as 6MBs FTTH wireless connection) on every feature. Especially when getting OPT, the GUI stucked in password input interface quite long before jumping to OPT input interface. Last one, could not find where to lock/unlock cards feature.

Update: they finally gave an option to get OTP after logging in. Still, their OTP tries to connect to the Internet so they can give you the purpose of the OTP. It's pretty slow though, I wish there is an option to just not connect to the Internet at all. Now the only issue is the saving UI when I live in Canada where the timezone is not UTC+7. Also I wish they have the selling USD on the app, that's the only reason I go to the web nowadays.

Lot of bugs, I still need to use the web app to do all my things. This app has all the functions, but it does not work. If I hit the execute button, it just stays there without any response. It happens everywhere, starting with the log in function. After entering my user and password, I press log in but nothing happens. I have to kill the app, open it again, do the same thing then I can log in.

Cannot log in my android phone. I hit the Log in button and it's just srucked at loading data screen forever. I call the help center but they cannot figure the reason why. I don't install any suspicious third-party app. However, there is no problem logging in on my iPhone. This bug is just so annoying since I mainly use the android phone

Installed in a Samsung Android 8 but failed to run, after even tens of attempts. "ACB ONE has stopped" was the only response from the app. Hotline service confirmed that the app requires Android 12. Other banks' app still work properly in my Samsung Android 8.

Latest version 3.26.1 detected all information from ID card correctly but showed "face registration failed" at next step. Bank system is not ready for this function yet. Still 1 star!!!

Why do I need to scan my face to log in? I don't care about 10 milion vnd limitation per transaction. I thought this is only mandatory for big transactions!
