I suggest 巴哈 provides a service to watch animation outside Taiwan for paid accounts.

Animation have Two language Japanese and Taiwanese Chinese which is great ! Who ever give one star.. Don't you know what is vpn for? Even iqiyi the same !

All the anima in this app is for Taiwan, And the dumb part is, If you open their website on Chrome, You can watch without any problem outside taiwan
